JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for providing heavy duty cleaning services within the manufacturing plant and warehouse.
Essential Functions
Run floor scrubber and floor buffer as needed.
Empty plant floor trash containers and advise maintenance manager when the trash dumpster is full.
Empty all cardboard containers on the plant floor and take cardboard to the recycling dumpster outside the facility.
Sweep the plant floor daily removing dust from the plant floor.
Assists in cleaning up chemical spills as required.
Follows safety guidelines in doing this task.
Monitor supplies of floor cleaner, trash bags, and floor buffer scrubber pads, and makes maintenance manager aware of when these supplies need to be restocked.
Reports all spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards to the productino supervisor and/or the maintenance manager
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
5 years' Janitor experience in an Industrial Environment.
Preferred Requirements
Forklift Certification
Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10-25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
May have occasional exposure to various manufacturing chemicals.
This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.

The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $18.00/hour and $22.00/hour.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Assists with application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches and new raw materials.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and communicates variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects in D365.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Check production batches by comparison to standards Advise batchmaker of any necessary adjustments to apply to product batch Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specifications and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison in D365 Consult with QC manager on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data in D365 Check bulk raw materials against standard product specifications upon receipt Consult Quality control manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches as well as raw materials Calibrate QC/QA equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager QUALIFICATIONS

As the Manager your key responsibilities include:
Responsible for delivering high-quality, safe and nurturing care for children and young people in the home
Hold overall accountability for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the child, overseeing day-to-day operations, leading staff practice, and driving continuous improvement in line with company standards, ethos and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
Provide strong leadership, ensuring care is child-centred and focused on achieving the best outcomes for the child
Maintaining robust safeguarding systems, safer staffing arrangements, clear risk assessments, and effective multi-agency working
Ensure the child's individual vulnerabilities, behaviours and support needs are understood and responded to consistently
Supervise as well as mentor staff, organise work patterns, deliver care-focused training, ensure care plans, safeguarding procedures and support services are implemented effectively
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge, including the Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000, the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
Ability to lead safeguarding practice, manage risk, respond to incidents, and ensure the home meets its duty to protect and promote the welfare of the child at all times
Experience of managing staff teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead with confidence, professionalism and resilience
A genuine passion for children's homes and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people

The successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs, including the proper documentation, to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer was fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic related matters. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue. Project a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while completing services for a customer. About you
