Paragon Medics is seeking an experienced Staff Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join a highly regarded regional service in a stunning coastal region of Australia.

What You'll Do:
Provide specialist care to both public and private patients.
Participate in teaching, supervision, and mentoring of medical trainees.
Contribute to research, quality improvement, and service development.
Take part in the after-hours on-call roster (typically 1 in 5 weekdays/weekends).
What We're Looking For:
FRANZCOG or equivalent specialist recognition.
Specialist registration (or eligibility) with the Medical Board of Australia.
Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, gynaecology, and surgical procedures.
Leadership, teamwork, and commitment to teaching junior staff.
Passion for improving healthcare delivery at both patient and system levels.
