Ability to lead a team of care staff
Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families
A team player who engages well with others
Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly health care sector
People Management experience
Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
The successful Charge Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £21.90 per hour and the annual salary is £49,192 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 44 hours a week.
