JOB DESCRIPTION
As our Control Systems Tech/Electrician, you're there to apply electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry in industrial or laboratory environments by repairing, testing, adjusting, or installing electronic equipment, such as industrial controls, circuit boards, and switches; and reprogramming CNC and PLC controls. Here is what you can expect: Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Prepare capital projects for submission to management.

Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on time and on budget completion. Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs. Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives. Lead Engineer for the production processes. Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. 5-10 years of Facility and Process Engineering experience. Experience managing capital projects required. Experience is Engineering Management. PHA and "Process Safety Management" experience a positive.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Leak Administrator is responsible for tracking, reviewing, calculating, and invoicing all TremCare, TremSource, and Warranty leak calls within a specified division.

Create/organize a master leak file within a specified division and be responsible for keeping all information accurate and up to date.
Responsible for reviewing recently submitted leaks, determining coverage type (Tremsource, Gold, Platinum, Warranty, etc.), and depending on coverage either creating a billable leak line or linking to an existing line in SAP.
On Warranty leak calls that are under a contractor obligation period, this individual will be responsible for creating POs to send to the contractor and monitoring PO status in SAP.
Responsible for creating manual SO#'s in SAP for processes outside of LeakTracking (Republic warranties, etc.). Work with warranty administrators on missing/needed information when reviewing warranty leak calls.
Responsible for contacting sales rep/sales admin on leaks that are reported on expired warranty agreements. Responsible for attaching roof plan drawings to SO#s in SAP. Work with the warranty adjustment team to gain approval for work beyond just a normal leak repair.
Responsible for adding hours to SO# in SAP if extra time is required and approved.
Responsible for tracking all leaks within a specified division. Responsible for following up with regional dispatchers on leak calls that have labor hours or costs posted but have not been completed in FSM/SAP. Responsible for reviewing all completed warranty leaks and determining if the scope being completed is to be covered under Tremco Warranty or if billable.
Responsible for calculating and invoicing leaks within 4-7 days of field completion.
Responsible for closing invoiced leak calls (TECO'ing service orders and corresponding contract line). Responsible for processing subcontractor invoices for payment. Ensure leak data has been entered in OLI before invoicing.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing a wide array of communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters. Assist with managing data and information across multiple platforms including SAP, Excel, LeakTracking, OLI, and more. Responsible for maintaining and updating all information in LeakTracking (contractors, call roster maintenance, notification maintenance, reporting, etc.) Inputting leaks in OLI as needed.

Lead and Manage the Quality Inspection Team - Oversee inspectors, ensure adequate resources, and maintain high performance standards.
Implement Risk-Based Inspection Methodology - Apply 100% inspection for high-risk items and sample inspections for low-risk items.
Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards - Uphold IPC 600/610 PCB standards and other relevant quality regulations.
Oversee Non-Conformance Reporting - Identify and report non-conforming products using JIRA ITS, ensuring timely resolution.
Drive a Strong Quality Culture - Set inspection standards, promote adherence to specifications, and ensure a zero-tolerance approach to defects.

Requirements
Education: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Quality & Compliance: Expertise in risk-based inspection methodologies, non-conformance reporting, and adherence to industry standards.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a quality inspection team, coupled with excellent communication, empathy, and flexibility to handle diverse teams and workplace challenges.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of inspection techniques, engineering drawings and IPC 600/610 PCB standards used in highly regulated engineering environments.
Tools & Systems: Proficiency in measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, shadowgraphs, Talyrond) and quality management systems (SAP, JIRA ITS).
Problem-Solving: Ability to drive process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
