Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools available including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management related coordination and collaboration.

Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools available including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.

Essential Functions:
Works with CSR / AR Manager and Warehouse technician to ensure proper handling of in bound and out bound freight.
Manages storage of raw materials and finished goods, along with container counts.
Primary responsibility as CDL Driver to help meet the equipment needs of customers and plant operations by delivering and picking up materials and equipment in a timely, safe and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:
The summer intern would work under mentorship of Project Manager.
The primary project will focus on one of the following areas: Developing a new project management schedule that compares waterfall and agile approaches; establishing a standardized protocol and SOP for capturing lessons learned during NPD and creating a centralized repository; or designing and implementing AI integration within NPD by leveraging existing platforms and enhancing prompt strategies.

Requirements
Major: Marketing, Communications, Project Management Junior, or Senior. Project Management Fundamentals Understanding of basic PM concepts (scope, schedule, risk, deliverables).
Familiarity with methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. Analytical & Research Skills Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Comfort with data interpretation and summarizing insights Documentation & Knowledge Management Skilled in creating templates, SOPs, and structured repositories.
