Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss of Stonhard business within the Region.
Compiles reports for the Director of Sales and the Regional General Manager evaluating TM-Linings' performance.
Is responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers.
Trains, monitors, and motivate the Territory Managers, Architectural Design & Engineering Reps, and Area Managers to promote and sell the Stonhard product line and services.
Responsible for the management of the Stonhard installation crews up to and including interviewing, training and profit and loss.
Assist on ADE calls involving Architects/Engineers dealing with linings related projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) or more years of successful sales management experience; sector-specific sales experience preferred.

Valid Driver's License

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Building Sciences team will participate in different projects with various scopes of work.
The Field Engineer is responsible for the organization, research, and documentation of cross-departmental assignments supporting the continued growth and operations of Pure Air Control Services, a Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Building Sciences Project Manager with test and balance research, consultation, operations policy generation, and quality issues.
Adjust systems controls to settings recommended by the vendor, conduct measurement tests, and discuss system malfunctions with system users to isolate the problems.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

My established client specialises in manufacturing components for the various industries.
They are currently looking for a new Quality Engineer to join their small but established quality team.
Commutable from Nuneaton, Warwick, Rugby, Leamington Spa and Hinckley.
Duties Include - Quality Engineer
- Internal ISO Auditing and managing the ISO standard
- Overseeing a small team of inspectors
- CMM Operating
- Hands-on inspection and measurement
- Monitor and report Quality KPIs
- Creating PPAP, APQP and other industry relevant documentation such as ISIRs, 8Ds, FAIRs
- Maintain and improve existing Quality Systems
- Dealing with customers face-to-face and resolving quality issues
Key Skills / Experience Required - Quality Engineer
- Experience as a Quality Engineer within the Manufacturing Engineering industry
- CMM operating or programming experience
- PPAP and APQP experience
- Experience carrying out internal audits as per the ISO 9001:2015 standard
- Experience of dealing with customer queries
- 5S experience is desirable
- Competent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written English and basic computer skills
The Package - Quality Engineer
- Starting salary of up to £45K per annum, depending on experience
- Day shifts, Monday to Friday including early finish Friday

You will manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
