JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Preconstruction Manager will lead the technical and commercial development of projects prior to proposal issuance for Pure Air Controls Services (PACS).
This role sits at the critical intersection of sales, engineering, and estimating, ensuring that every opportunity entering the pipeline is properly vetted, technically sound, and aligned with Pure Air's restoration methodology.
The Preconstruction Manager will serve as the internal gatekeeper for project feasibility, scope development, and budget validation, protecting both the client experience and the integrity of Pure Air's national account relationships.
This position is essential as Pure Air expands its programmatic healthcare and institutional client base, where proposals must meet the expectations of sophisticated facility owners and engineering teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opportunity Evaluation & Pipeline Qualification: Serves as the first technical review of all opportunities generated by Tremco sales representatives and national account teams.
Evaluates incoming opportunities for:
Technical feasibility
Strategic fit

Determine the appropriate delivery path:
Restoration
Retrofit
Replacement
Decline / reposition opportunity
Scope Development:Develop clear, defensible scopes of work for AHU restoration projects including:
Coil replacement
Fan array retrofits
Interior protective coatings
Structural rehabilitation
Drain pan replacement
Filtration and IAQ improvements.
Work directly with Pure Air's engineering team to ensure scopes reflect best-practice restoration methodology.
Preconstruction Budgeting:Produce conceptual budgets and ROM estimates to guide customer conversations prior to full estimating effort.
Validate project assumptions including:
Access constraints
Phasing requirements
Infection control protocols (healthcare)
Operational impacts
Mechanical system integration.
Estimating Coordination: Serves as the bridge between sales and estimating, ensuring estimators receive:
Fully developed scopes
Complete technical assumptions
Site condition documentation
Appropriate bid strategy.
Prevent incomplete or poorly defined opportunities from entering the estimating queue.
Proposal Risk Management:Reviews all proposals and budget letters prior to client delivery.
Ensure proposals reflect:
Correct scope
Realist budgets
Appropriate exclusions
Constructability
Client & Consultant Engagement - Participate in early-stage client conversations with:
Facility directors
Consulting engineers
Construction managers
National account stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS
Mechanical Engineering Degree Preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred.

Experience with cloud-based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc.) preferred.
Ability to travel out of state up to 50%
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $90,000 and $113,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all quality-related functions in the plant.
Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials.
Perform all required quality tests for raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.
Ensure that quality checks are performed at the required frequency and targets.
Additionally, periodically evaluate target levels and amend as appropriate.
Regularly audit products and processes to ensure standard work is executed on the floor and in the lab.
Ensure that any non-conforming product is properly identified for a decision on disposition by Management.
Track, report, and reduce manufacturing waste.
Work directly with purchasing personnel on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor selection and qualification.
Lead ISO Quality systems.
Research customer complaints, including but not limited to engaging in root cause investigation, suggesting corrective action, implementing actions, and providing follow-up while following the SAP quality process and maintaining metrics.
Manage all lab functions and staff, while assuring the safety and integrity of those operations and employees.
Maintain all testing equipment and ensure that it is in proper working order.
Organize and maintain related files, logs, and reports.
Develop quality standards/test/inspection plan for raw materials and finished products (specification, sample size, and frequency) as well as a robust training process.
Develop lean and sustainable saving plans and facilitate small K generation and implementation.
Lead all product compliance activities to ensure certification.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required.
A bachelor's degree in quality, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with manufacturing regulations and reporting methods.
Knowledge of the production process and team interactions.
Analytical acumen for compiling and analyzing data.

As technology advances rapidly, we have an exciting field based opportunity for a highly skilled Electrically Biased Electro-Mechanical, Field Service Engineer to fix / repair, service, maintain and carry out overhaul projects on new and pre-loved precision machine tools.
What We're Looking For:
Electrical fault-finding expertise - Big plus
Proficiency in reading schematic drawings
Strong IT skills (networking, fault-finding)
Understanding of mechanical components and machinery
Experience in finding route cause problems covering both electrical and mechanical issues
Grasp ofPLC controls and control functionalities
Knowledge of installing full turnkey lines, interconnecting several pieces of machinery to form a production line ensuring all safety measures and meeting industry standards & conformity
Desired Skills:
PLC knowledge / experience (Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc, ABB)
3 -Phase expertise and navigating High Voltage industrial systems
Electrically qualified
Understanding of Mechanical Applications and work with Mechanical Machinery
Soft Skills:
Can-do attitude
Precise attention to detail
Problem-solving expertise for complex issues

Electronic Production Technician to work on low volume, high value Electronic Systems manufacturing principally with hand tools including micro soldering, test, fault finding and repair of electrical and electronic systems and components.
You will integrate and test electrical and electromechanical tools and take responsibility for the test equipment used to test tools.
Experience and skills required
Electronic lab equipment including: Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Low Voltage Power Supplies, High Voltage Power Supply, measurement, test and debugging of electromechanical assemblies.
Electrical or Electronic engineering qualification (e.g ONC, HNC, HND, NVQ Level 2)
Proven ability to work successfully within design constraints.
Electronic tools and general test equipment competence.
Producing deliverable items from full drawing packs to relevant IPC standards.

PCB assembly and soldering of SMD Component Technician required to join a precision electronics engineering team in Gloucestershire.
My client is looking for an experienced Assembly operative for printed circuit board assembly and inspection.
Ideally experience in following areas
Manually populate and solder printed circuit boards.
Surface mount
Through hole components.
Solder fine pitch SMD components under microscope.
Preferably IPC certified.
Wiring cable looms and harnesses.
Cable assembly with crimp connectors and soldered connectors.
