THE PERSON:
Proven experience in a senior Marketing Manager or Commercial Marketing role with responsibility for strategy as well as team leadership.
Demonstrable success delivering measurable commercial growth through marketing activity.
Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation and marketing ROI.
Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, PPC, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
Commercially minded with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Confident influencing senior stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations.
Creative, ambitious and proactive with an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you'll have the autonomy to challenge ideas and introduce improvements.

As an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive HR and recruitment administration, supporting the employee lifecycle while ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations.
This on-site role (working 5 days a week) offers a salary of £26,450 and benefits.
You will be responsible for
* Managing recruitment administration from vacancy advertising through to onboarding.
* Posting vacancies across appropriate job boards.
* Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
* Screening CVs against role requirements and preparing shortlists.
* Maintaining recruitment records and updating applicant tracking systems.

* Prior experience in an HR or Recruitment Administrator position with strong administrative skills.
* Sound understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.

* Knowledge of HR systems is advantageous; however, training will be provided.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
