Partnering with client-facing teams to collect, review and validate documents for onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation exercises.
Identifying and escalating potential AML/KYC risks, including unusual client structures, financial products, or transactions that may present concerns.
Working closely with Compliance teams to resolve issues around client types, risk categories, and regulatory interpretation.
Acting as a reference point for queries on AML/KYC documentation requirements and best practices.
Supporting initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and adapt to changing regulations.
Serving as a key point of contact for both internal colleagues and external stakeholders on KYC matters.
Collaborate with Compliance on AML risk-related issues concerning clients, products, and services.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.
The FOM will also review and approve proposals, expense reports, specifications (SOW), PTO requests, etc., for all WTI field operations personnel within the specified region.
The FOM will be responsible for the safety, quality, and overall productivity and profitability of self-performing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Through leadership and actions, contribute to the development of a Safety-Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions related work up to $50K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.

Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.
The FOM will also review and approve proposals, expense reports, specifications (SOW), PTO requests, etc., for all WTI field operations personnel within the specified region.

All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Through leadership and actions, contribute to the development of a Safety-Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions related work up to $50K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.

Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the regional team's goal achievement. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations. Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily site logs, take site inductions, and ensure that paperwork is updated within the site folder.
Install commercial boiler rooms, including boilers, pumps, and mild steel welded and screwed pipework.
Fit copper and stainless-steel press-fit pipe and fittings ranging from 15mm - 108mm.
Install mild steel screwed pipework and fittings from 20mm - 150mm.
Interpret pipework schematic drawings and install according to these, where available.
Complete small to medium-sized boiler room and heating/hot water installations without the assistance of pipework drawings.
Install and hang various styles of radiators and fan convectors, including low surface temperature types.
Previous experience working in schools with an understanding of the associated risks of working in educational premises.
Drain and refill heating systems to replace leaking pipework and isolation valves.
Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (including risk assessments and asbestos awareness).
Overcome day-to-day challenges such as pipework routes and material availability on-site.
Welder Requirements: Pre-fabricate sections of pipework and perform positional welds when required.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
Clear understanding of commercial heating installations and hot and cold-water services.
Ability to work as a lead engineer.
Experience working in commercial buildings and educational establishments.
Commercial gas ACS qualifications (preferred but not essential).
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (current).
Class two MMA welding certification (up-to-date).
Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
Asbestos awareness.
Flexible approach to work, especially in schools and commercial buildings, as you may be required to work outside regular hours (evenings and weekends), paid at overtime rates.
Knowledge of risk assessment processes.
