Territory Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day sales activities and account responsibilities within their specific geographic territory to increase distribution, shelf space, and promotional activities of our brands while delivering or exceeding assigned sales plans within their territory. Responsibilities Develop and implement a territory sales plan that aligns with the company's overall sales objectives. Execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region by prospecting, cold calling, and attending industry events. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Identify growth opportunities within the territory and develop strategies to expand the customer base. Provide Product knowledge/ training. Monitor and improve Key Account Branch Performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in sales. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisor/management role. OSHA & Hazmat Training required. Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills. Senior Construction Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.). This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors. Review individual job financials and make necessary adjustments to address poor performance and prevent recurring problems. Forecast, analyze, and report on sales, establishing financial performance metrics. Define criteria for success and provide leadership to achieve regional team goals. Develop workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies to optimize the region's performance. Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for achieving goals within the regional team. Facilitate a culture of teamwork and excellence throughout the region and the organization. Communicate and implement company policies and procedures within the region and support throughout the organization as required. Work directly with the Managed Asset team to facilitate and provide support for designated national accounts. Communicate with regional partners (other RBMs, supervisors, construction managers, etc.) to provide or obtain resource and technical support. Additional duties as assigned by senior leadership. EXPERIENCE: 5-10 years of prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team within the building construction industry. Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations. Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defines expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices, including but not limited to pricing, company vehicles, safety, order entry, estimating, general contracting procedures, designation and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Can service customers in a compliant and financially solvent manner. Understanding of contract management and processes. Intermediate skills with financial data and mathematics (understanding statistics, business metrics, gross margin, operating income, cost management, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make professional presentations to others. Must have excellent organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to create strategic plans and measure and analyze results. Strong problem resolution skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all personality types. Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe. Must be able to use technology to perform company tasks (expense management, time keeping systems, intranet, etc.). Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, depending on the season, to any location required within the US, with possible international travel.
