Due to continuous growth they are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Events Executive or similar role.
THE ROLE:
Create content for social media, LinkedIn and Instagram mainly.
Content will include graphics, copy, videos, newsletters and stories to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create content for the website, ensure fresh, relevant content is published, optimised for SEO, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Partner with an external SEO agency to optimise content and ensure best practices are followed, while also managing the integration of SEO strategies on social and web platforms.
Assist with the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) as the company starts to expand in this area.
Attend the events to capture content for social media and marketing collateral.
Create, write, and distribute regular newsletters to keep audiences engaged and informed about company news, promotions, and events.
Take ownership of the content plan, ensuring all content is scheduled in advance and aligns with marketing goals and events.
Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and values.
THE PERSON:
Must have experience within a marketing role such as a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing or similar.
Proven experience in marketing within Events.
Must have an interest in food.
Understanding of SEO and understanding or interest in managing paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
A passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with trends and best practices.
Collaborative, team oriented, and willing to work closely with internal teams and external agencies.

· Take the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place around the construction site.
· Maintain accurate and updated records and documentation related to health and safety during the construction phase of the Project.
· Conduct daily site CDM inspections to identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety Regulations.
· Prepare and implementthe Site Waste Management Plan throughout the project.
· Read and extract HSE requirements from the Pre-Construction Information (PCI) relevant to the project and ensure that these measures are implemented throughout the construction phase.
· Prepare and review under regular intervals the Construction Phase Plan.
· Prepare and review the Emergency Response Plan.
· Prepare and review the Traffic Management Plan.

THE ROLE:
Reporting into the General Manager, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for a complex & fast-paced Warehouse & Logistics operation in the Belfast area.
Specific responsibilities will be across Warehouse functions such as Good In, Pick/Pack, Despatch, Stock/Inventory & Health & Safety.
Responsibility for circa 20-35 people (Warehouse Shift Managers, Warehouse Operatives, also having interaction with Transport Operatives & Drivers).
Utilisation of KPI's & Processes in order to manage performance.
Managing the relationship for a specific client in a pro-active & collaborative "Value-Add" way.
Regular and consistent communication with the client.
Able to understand client needs and respond to them pro-actively and positively.
Recruitment, on-boarding and people retention within a Logistics setting.
Utilising data to inform decisions and also provide regular reports to Senior Management.
THE PERSON:
Warehouse Manager, ideally within fast paced distribution (Day 1 for Day 1 OR Day 1 for Day 2).
3PL experience is beneficial.
Overall management responsibility for at least 30 heads or more.
Able to commute to Enniskillen on a daily basis.
Strong Commercial acumen.
Able to account manage clients in a pro-active & constructive way.
Front-foot & hands-on leadership style - this role is very much a hands-on & full-on Warehouse Management role.
Able to engage & motivate your people.
Able to liaise from shop-floor to Board level.
Someone who wants to play an integral part in building/growing a strong operation.
Someone with the ambition develop their career with a progressive business.
Medium level IT proficiency - i.e.
be proficient on MS Excel in order to compile reports where appropriate.
Able to commute to central Brighouse on a daily basis - free parking will be provided.
