GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.

The Business Development Specialist will act as the champion to drive overall demand, adoption, and growth for their assigned market segment and technologies.

Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities. Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent is prefered; or at least ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The BIM Specialist is responsible for transforming conceptual layouts to full fabrication and installable LOD400 models of metal panels that integrate with the building design along with associated shop drawings and custom Revit schedules to facilitate shop fabrication.

DAP is looking to hire a Product Development Scientist in R&D Department. As a R&D Scientist, you will perform experiments and generate general test data and analytical data with minimal guidance from senior R&D personnel while learning the basic principles of product development and formulation.
Participate in and help drive activities that improve the operation of the R&D function.

Responsibilities:
Carry out assigned experimental plans for new product development, product modification, or technology development projects and perform basic analysis of experimental results with minimal guidance of senior R&D Personnel.
Develop and use basic formulation skills.
Display capability to problem-solve in R&D context, troubleshoot and optimize laboratory experiments.
Demonstrate the ability to operate analytical and material characterization equipment, generate high quality data, and organize the data for further in-depth analysis. Assist senior R&D Personnel to develop manufacturing procedures for new products and work collaboratively at plant trials with plant engineers and quality control managers.
Learn to apply basic process steps for Plant Trials. Use the principles of DAP Innovation Processes (Innovation Engineering, etc.) and R&D Management Processes in everyday work. Adhere to Laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) practices and participate in QMS audits.
Assist in laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance.
Use Product Vision to manage data and projects.
Provide deliverables for projects in the Accolade project management system. Assist in providing technical support for marketing, sales, and customer support including planning/conducting product demonstrations for customers, trade shows, Etc.
Adhere to laboratory safety practices and participate in all safety and housekeeping initiatives.
Demonstrate the ability to assemble information for and generate effective written reports and oral presentations to communicate within R&D and with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or related field with 5 years' experience of relevant experience A passion for chemistry, science, problem solving, and creativity. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. A breadth of technical knowledge and a keen interest in learning from others. Possess innovation skills evident as risk taking, result seeking, and idea integration.
Hands-on bench experience with various chemistries (latex, moisture curing, reactive, etc.) in sealants, adhesives, coatings, repair or related field. Bench chemistry experience and familiarity with various analytical techniques: wet chemistry, titrations, microscopy, rheology, thermal analysis, tensile testing, etc. Experience operating lab scale mixing equipment as well as lab scale analytical and testing apparatus.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Work assigned tasks on a production line making below grade waterproofing material using bentonite and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
Operate and observe machinery used in the production process so that malfunctions can be detected, and supervision can be notified.
Measure material and utilize cutting tools to cut materials to specified length.
Fill pails with manufactured material.
Pack and store manufactured material by rolling materials onto a core, place the roll in a bag, and seal with a wire twist tie.
Shrink wrap or band finished goods.
Rework rejected materials.
Box manufactured accessories for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures.
Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas.
Sift bentonite that is recycled from floors and rejected materials.
Assist in representing environmental and quality ISO management plans.
Participate in facility projects by performing maintenance and repair work related to the facility.
Utilize, sustain, and audit established Lean Manufacturing processes.
Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
