About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team in Leicester city centre.
The role will involve cleaning and sanitising various patient areas, waiting rooms, and communal spaces, ensuring they meet infection control standards.
You will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness across different areas of the site, including clinical rooms, offices, waiting areas, WCs, kitchenettes, and conference rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Rooms: Steam clean floors (especially edges), wipe and polish surfaces, empty rubbish bins, manage clinical waste, tidy sinks, ensure adequate supplies of paper roll, soap, alcohol gel, etc.
Offices and Administration Areas: Vacuum carpets, wipe and polish surfaces, clean computers and phones, tidy work areas.
Waiting Areas and WCs: Use electric floor scrubbers and steam cleaners, dust and polish fittings, ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Kitchenette & Conference Rooms: Clean sinks, cupboards, fridge, microwave, and ensure supplies are stocked, mop floors, and manage waste.
Shower Room & Bins: Maintain cleanliness and supplies, take rubbish to external store, and ensure recycling standards are met.
Health & Safety: Report hazards and ensure compliance with infection control procedures.
Person Specification:
Essential:
General cleaning experience
Experience in clinical cleaning
Knowledge of infection control and CQC guidelines
Good written and spoken English
Enthusiastic, flexible, non-judgmental, sensitive, and empathetic
Ability to travel to various venues within an acceptable time frame

May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. • Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. • Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. • Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. • Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:

• Handle all incoming calls including customers, providing directions to the Service Center, providing information regarding orders, routing calls to appropriate individuals to assure accurate information is provided. • Assist with will-call customers. • Print various documentation such as: Bill of Ladings, Packing Slips, and PIC lists. • Prepare all shipping paperwork. • Contacts freight lines to arrange order pickups. • Complete miscellaneous filing, typing, copying and other projects that are necessary to keep the day-to-day workflow of the service center organized. • Data entry in computer on all shipments leaving the facility such as pro #'s from truck lines, freight charges. • Provide customer service assistance to all Customer Service Representatives to assist them in obtaining the necessary information they need to get their shipments out. • Run various reports as requested. • Back up warehouse functions of cycle count during annual inventory. • Communicates with the manufacturing plant, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of product.
May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. • Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. • Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. • Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. • Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, • Proficient in Microsoft Office • 1-year prior office related work experience • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to work well with others and analyze data recognizing trends and taking action to improve. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and trainings. • Monday- Friday 10:30am- 7:00 pm- Occasional a weekends base on workload
Physical Requirements:
Must be physically and medically capable of wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the job as prescribed under OSHA standards based on exposure and manufacture recommendation for each specific location.

You must have Right to Work in the UK.
4th November Start Date - Term Time Only.
About the role:
80+ children attend the school aged between 4-19 years.
The young people have a primary diagnosis of autism with a few students who are non-verbal.
You will experience challenging behaviours derived from frustration and will support with day-to-day tasks, activities, meal preparation, music classes, arts & crafts.
About you:
A successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism.
Early years' experience is also accepted as there is a early years section within the school.
Pay starting from £11.50 per hour PAYE and £14.47 per hour Umbrella
Requirements for you as the SEN Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with Children / Young people
Understanding of Autism and Challenging Behaviours
Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
Enhanced Child and Adults DBS on the Update Service
Shift Times for you as the SEN Teaching Assistant:
