There are excellent opportunities across general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, supported by modern technology, treatment coordinators and access to experienced clinicians and specialists when required.
For a clinician interested in taking greater responsibility, there is the opportunity to progress into a Lead Dentist role.
The remuneration structure for the leadership position includes a percentage of the practice's total revenue in addition to your own commission, providing the opportunity to benefit from the wider success of the practice.
