As the client no longer drives, it is essential that the support worker is also a driver to ensure reliable transportation to and from appointments and activities.

Integra Education is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver tailored therapeutic support for a young person with complex needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and sensory processing challenges, as outlined in their Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
This role focuses on providing weekly, in-person therapy sessions within the home environment while collaborating remotely with a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure effective delivery of therapeutic goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver weekly, in-person occupational therapy sessions in the young person's home, focusing on sensory integration, emotional regulation, and practical life skills.
Develop and implement a sensory diet embedded in the young person's daily routine, adjusting plans as needed based on feedback and progress.
Provide detailed, actionable guidance to the OT assistant to ensure consistent and effective implementation of therapy strategies.
Conduct regular reviews and updates to therapy plans, ensuring they remain aligned with the young person's needs and progress.
Collaborate closely with the MDT, including attending half-termly meetings, to share updates and contribute to goal setting and planning.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
Certification in Sensory Integration Therapy (minimum Level 3 or CLASI equivalent).
Experience:
Proven experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and sensory processing difficulties.
Expertise in designing and implementing sensory diets and therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs.

Skills:

Supporting the Home Manager to plan and facilitate regular staff meetings: staff supervision establishing an effective communication system, ensuring that staff members are kept up to date with all current necessary information
Providing support and assistance to staff members and ensuring that areas of responsibility are maintained and to delegate duties to staff as appropriate, ensuring implementation
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous experience of working with a large multi-site Care Provider within a capacity of a high-Level Manager
Excellent knowledge of the CQC standards
Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework underpinning practice in relation to the care of older people
Flexible and willing to travel and work a variety of shifts, including the occasional weekend shifts
The successful Peripatetic Nurse Manager will receive an excellent salary of £67,900 per annum.

They have great market position already but can see that another high quality senior lawyer could offer greater strength and depth and really help them go to the next level.
This role would suit people in a range of situations: Someone at Partner level who is looking for a greater degree of autonomy and independence than they already have, or Someone looking for a firm that have better back up and support than they currently have, or Someone wanting to step up to Partnership and looking for clarity of career opportunity.
It may well be that you are within a strongly positioned team but one where there are already a strong base of partners and perhaps not the ability to easily create the business case for an additional partner. The existing team have a strong presence within the market, act for both national and local clients, from a range of public and private sector organisations which include investors, charities, utility companies, developers and landowners amongst others.
The team are well structured team but have room for another senior lawyer who can assist in the next stage of their development from Leeds. As well as having strong support from the team to integrate, they have really high quality back office to support you with your clients, together with quality lawyers in other teams meaning you will never be worried about referring work to other teams internally.
