Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for proactive community management, monitoring and engaging with our communities and influencers across social media platforms, promoting an authentic, positive conversation Monitors and moderates inbound messages, comments, and responds to consumers with on-brand language and escalating issues internally to the appropriate team members to ensure they are acted upon and addressed in a timely manner Social media enthusiast - up to date on trending content, macro trends, consumer communities, influencers, and channel strategy Embedded member of the brand team regularly attending and actively participating in key meetings; actively executing and reporting on tactics to support brand priorities Collaborates with creative teams to create engaging social media content supporting key growth objectives for the brand Owns the copywriting and content publishing process for branded social and digital channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Web, and eCommerce Works with internal teams to source owned photography and videos; networks with consumers and influencers to source earned videography, photography and user generated content Schedules and publishes social posts as well as digital content and maintains an organized social/digital content calendar capturing activity across channels Assists Digital and Social Media Strategist with conducting social listening exercises, analyzing content performance and preparing reports on trends, insights and opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field 1 -3 years of professional experience writing for social or digital channels in a content creation role (consumer goods experience preferred) Social media savvy - in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends Excellent writing skills Excellent research and outreach skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Active listener, a critical thinker and a problem solver Pays extreme attention to detail Strong people skills -must possess the ability to build effective working relationships Strong communication and time-management skills Sprinklr or other social media management system experience preferred Basic analytical skills preferred Knowledge of social media best practices for brands a plus Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Hands-on bench experience with various chemistries (latex, moisture curing, reactive, etc.) in sealants, adhesives, coatings, repair or related field. Bench chemistry experience and familiarity with various analytical techniques: wet chemistry, titrations, microscopy, rheology, thermal analysis, tensile testing, etc. Experience operating lab scale mixing equipment as well as lab scale analytical and testing apparatus.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of all WTI inspection services, warranties, and leak call administration within his/her assigned Division.
The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager should be a very detail-oriented and organized professional who can lead a team through changes in operating procedures and contribute to a culture of teamwork and quality.
The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager will work to achieve continuous improvement initiatives and promote inspection quality throughout their respective division.
This position will report directly to the Director of Inspections and Warranty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all WTI inspection services, warranties, and leak call administration within a specified division (Eastern US, Central US, or Western US & Canada).
These divisions include multiple WTI operating regions and cover approx.
15-20 states per division. This position will have direct supervision over a team of 5+ administrative/scheduling personnel and be required to work with multiple different internal WTI departments and personnel including but not limited to Regional Business Managers, Divisional Directors, National Account Business Managers, Program Managers, Sales Representatives, WTI field employees, WTI Business Operations Administration, etc.
This individual should be comfortable leading a team of people and understand the basic principles of change management.
This individual needs to have critical thinking skills and the ability to identify broken items and have a vision of continuous improvement. This individual should be comfortable managing big data and utilizing/understanding tools to help interpret this data (Smartsheet, Excel, etc.) This individual should be comfortable developing and giving presentations for training purposes and reporting to management monthly or as requested.
This individual will have overall responsibility for tracking and managing turnaround times within your division, inspection pricing reviews (new and renewal), past due inspections, inspection margin reviews, leak call backlogs, and warranty backlogs. Responsible for communicating any price book, commission changes, etc.

Monitors and supervises the timely processing of information for the TremCare and Warranty services Maintains TremCare databases, with a focus on being able to access information quickly and accurately Provide training and documentation on how to create equipment records, and other department products Manage SAP reports documenting open TremCare's and Warranties and ensuring closed orders Responsible for proposal tracking and awards for strategic alignment.
This individual will be responsible for helping support Request for Proposals (RFPs) within the division.
This could include but is not limited to providing field resource maps to the proposal group, reviewing response time commitments, working with the Director of Inspections and Warranty and RBM on pricing/travel expenses, etc.
Tracking and planning for upcoming inspections and inspections in the pipeline in conjunction with the Inspection Scheduler who will report to this role.
This individual should have a good understanding of systems and field technology.
Effectively field system issues from direct reports and/or WTI field team and communicate those effectively and precisely over to the Systems Director/Team for continuous improvement. Identify resource or employee concerns and act timely to resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation on employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for goal attainment for the team. Maintains a high level of customer service by quick and accurate responses to inquiries. Act as an agent of change and improvement and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Identify process gaps or areas for process improvement. Implement and communicate customer contract requirements where applicable. This is a newly created position that will be instrumental in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, standard reporting, analytics, training team members, etc. This individual will be responsible for managing the payment problems file and working toward payment resolution with the Tremco credit department on all past-due invoices related to inspections, warranties, and leak calls within your division.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
4+ years prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team. Prior experience leading a staff in remote multi-state locations. Prior experience clearly defines expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views and providing continual timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices including but not limited to, pricing, order entry, designation and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc. Ability to travel 10-25% to any location required within the US.

Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.
Delivering reports to the Program Manager/customer.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for creating drawings to be incorporated with Business Operations services.
Performs daily production activities as needed to process inspection forms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze data entered into roofing software by the production department or field tech reps. Revise data per acceptable roofing practice, Tremco standards, and rules of grammar. Create individual drawings for each building as well as site plans when provided. Upon completion of projects notify the sales rep and building owner, the data is available online for them to view. Create drawing packages for special projects such as bid packages. Make necessary revisions to drawings. Prioritize all work by due dates. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide a summary report weekly on discrepancies and progress on large projects.
(Summary report due every Friday by 3 p.m.) Perform job functions per ISO Standards Fill out the job tracking form found on the front of each folder (traditional jobs). The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.
The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests
* Product recommendations
* Proper product installation

* Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:

* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Class B CDL driver s license.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.
* Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
* In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of product line.

The Temporary Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department AT OUR Cleveland Plant.
They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully.
During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
