Warehouse Team Leader | Industry: Wholesale & Distribution | Location: Coventry
Team Supervision
Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives across inbound and outbound activities
Allocate tasks, monitor output, and uphold quality and safety standards
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and daily briefings
Manage attendance, timekeeping, and support performance discussions
Warehouse Operations
Oversee goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfilment with minimal errors
Conduct stock checks and help resolve inventory discrepancies
Optimise space usage and support stock replenishment
Enforce health & safety procedures, including PPE and manual handling
Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance are met (e.g., hygiene, fire safety)
Maintain a clean, organised warehouse using 5S principles
Assist in audit preparations
Systems & Administration
Use WMS, scanners, or Excel to track stock and process orders
Submit shift reports (KPIs, output, incidents)
Coordinate with transport, purchasing, and customer service teams
Requirements
Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting (wholesale preferred)
Team leader/supervisory experience desirable
Forklift or PPT licence (or willing to train)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Confident using Excel, email, and scanning equipment
Hands-on approach; leads by example
Flexible with shift changes and operational demands
Preferred Attributes
Knowledge of consumer goods/household product handling
Familiarity with 5S or lean warehouse principles
Health & Safety or first-aid training

This position will be responsible for both selling and generating new business with already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this territory.
We are seeking individuals with a hunter's mentality and prior experience working in the paint and coatings industry.
This position will report into the Southeast Region Director of Sales.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience 4+ years sales and or business development experience in the fireproofing or protective coatings industry
Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience and NACE certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for manufacturing at acceptably efficient levels, meeting production schedules, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining employee morale, and any employee relation issues.
Essential Functions:
Enforce safety regulations, investigate accidents, complete accident reports as required and eliminate potential and actual safety hazards. Responsible for physical inventory, directs cycle counting, and full physical inventories when required. Assure the following shift is properly stocked with supplies and that materials are in sufficient quantities on the production floor to assure a smooth start-up. Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and procedures are followed. Review and approve time card hours in the timekeeping system by 8:30am every Monday morning. Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs. Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees. Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary. Secure and lock facility when applicable. Enforce all company policies and regulations. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure. May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.

High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
May have to occasionally travel to other facilities or training events.
Manage 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm with possible weekends when production schedules demand additional output.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and trainings.
Desired Qualification:
Strong Excel and Microsoft skill set. Lean Manufacturing- Six Sigma- Green Belt. 2-year college degree. Union background a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lifts, carries, and moves raw materials or company products weighing up to 100+ pounds..
Exposure to chemicals including but not limited to: Amines, Polyamides, Isocyanates, Epoxies, Alkyds, Acrylics, and certain inorganic compounds.
(Personal protective equipment would be utilized.) Standing/kneeling/walking/sitting on concrete for approximately 75% of workday.
May be required to operate fork-lift.

As Electrical Foreman, you'll take the lead on-site - supervising crews, ensuring work meets the highest standards and keeping progress moving safely and efficiently.

You'll be hands-on with the day-to-day coordination of electrical teams and work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Your Role As An Electrical Foreman Will Include :
Coordinating and supervising on-site electrical teams to deliver high-quality work
Ensuring all installations meet project specifications, drawings, and Irish regulations
Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring safety policies and RAMS are followed
Managing materials, tools, and equipment, and maintaining control over stock
Keeping accurate records of labour hours, tasks completed, and quality checks
As An Electrical Foreman You Will Have:
Fully qualified electrician with a valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling cert
Experience supervising or leading electrical site teams
Strong knowledge electrical codes and site health & safety standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manage installations to spec
