We're looking for a motivated Logistics Operative to join a busy service centre team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Logistics Operative to join a busy service centre team.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse — from receipt and inspection to storage, packing, and dispatch.
You'll work closely with the technical and administrative teams to ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately, customer orders are processed efficiently, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate system updates and stock records.
- Inspect and audit stock upon arrival, verifying quantity and condition.
- Book in returned items against assigned RMA (Return Material Advice) numbers.
- Safely handle, repackage, and store goods in line with internal procedures.
- Support product preparation, including basic testing and cleaning (training provided).
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch according to customer specifications.
- Complete dispatch paperwork and liaise with carriers for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks.
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the warehouse.
As the Logistics Operative, you will provide administrative support, including:
- Processing orders and service requests.
- Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and service partners.
- Ensuring all systems and records are kept up to date.
- Supporting the technical team to meet service deadlines and SLAs.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience within a logistics, warehouse, or stores environment.
- Confident using computerised stock management systems or similar software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule.

Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this non-exempt role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-handling orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams, and play a key role in supporting both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive and professional support via phone, email, and in person
Process customer orders, credits, and debits accurately and efficiently
Set up and maintain customer accounts and records
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely and complete order fulfillment
Handle Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and product-related complaints
Manage workflows in HubSpot (CRM) for service issues, returns, and product requests
Support sales teams in multiple states with pricing and account needs
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
Process mobile bank deposits and manage office supplies and equipment
Collaborate with internal teams via Microsoft Teams and email
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or order management role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

GENERAL SUMMARY
Drive a Box Truck unit to make deliveries and pick-ups of raw materials, finished products, empty drums, etc.
Perform truck safety inspection prior to each trip checking motor, brakes, lights, and tires for proper operation conditions.
Check and assist in loading and/or unloading trailers.
Obtain proper authorizations for all deliveries and pick-ups.
Maintain accurate DOT driver log of required information.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Assist with loading truck according to bills of lading.
The truck should be loaded in an order that best accommodates stops.
Check truck according to "Driver's Daily Check List" making necessary adjustments and corrections before leaving.
Deliver material to customer's location.
Assist in unloading at customer site if required and have customer sign proper acknowledgement of delivery.
Pick up empty drums as instructed.
Unload empty drums upon return to plant.
Complete DOT driver log sheets
Return completed shipping paperwork to shipping office.
Notify supervisor of and schedule truck repair and maintenance as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and communicates variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects in D365.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
