As the Consultant Psychiatrist your key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the administration of the Mental Health Act, Clinical Policy, Clinical Standards and associated administrative tasks in respect of service users
Manage and evaluate the medical service through audits, ensuring clinical policy, practice and its application are research-based and of an excellent standard
Work in conjunction with external stakeholders to map and facilitate the service users' journey back into the community
Chair ward MDT (ICR) meetings
Ensure the adequate working of the Care Programme Approach for service users
Involvement in the assessment of referrals and ensure that the service meets the needs of those who are appropriately admitted
Contribute to the training, education and development of staff of all disciplines
Participate in delivering Clinical Governance
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Innovative and imaginative with the ability to initiate corporate decisions
Leadership ability
The ability to affect change professionally and organisationally
Understanding of current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health
Knowledge of change management, relevant legislation, contemporary cases in mental and physical health
Previous consultant experience
Previous experience in a management role

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Operate forklifts (sit down and standup), hand trucks and/ or other equipment to move freight • Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products • Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas • Identify and verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming materials from Production, Vendors, and/ or returned goods deliveries • Attention to detail is a must.
• Move materials to warehouse locations or staging and record their locations in the warehouse using handhelds to maintain accurate inventories • Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying their location, then pulling, packing, and loading them • Perform cycle counts • Maintains a clean warehouse and working environment • Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations; may require the employee to wear safety equipment or gear.
Is familiar with the use of all safety equipment, when and how to use it.
Must also participate and engage in all safety
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1-5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferred • Certification to operate forklift truck preferred • Must be able to work well in a team • Ability to read, write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials • Ability to operate handhelds, computers and relevant warehouse management and shipping computer software • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is not required for this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is carried out in a Warehouse/ Production environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to dust, fumes, and noise with safety procedures in place for protection.
The employee will be required to wear all appropriate safety equipment including, but not limited to, eye protection, ear protection, dust mask, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and a hard hat.
This position works in an environment in which safety, environmental, and health concerns will demand constant attention.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Manufacturing Engineer's responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety
Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the Plant Manager, Facilities & Engineering Manager and Shift Supervisors.
Activities include resolution and communication regarding safety issues.
Execute on scheduled PHA's and JSA's.
Proactively monitor area and remediate potential safety issues.
Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety.
Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
LEAN Culture
Active participant in MS-168 Management Operating System.
Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Continuous Improvement champion promoting and driving the "Small K" program.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily.
Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Maintain and continually improve the plant layout and flow.
Computer Software
Must be proficient in using 3D CAD and Adobe Photoshop software:
3D CAD.
Adobe Photoshop.
Microsoft Applications.
Product Quality
Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Must be proficient in equipment tooling, process troubleshooting, and design.
Project Management
Must be capable of successfully managing high-value projects on time and budget.
Manages and coordinates large equipment installations and process implementations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university.
Master's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years of related experience and/or training.
Must have experience in both practical Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Six Sigma Green Belt.
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding process variance and the resultant effects on Quality.
Knowledge of applied statistics.
Ability to perform problem analysis utilizing problem-solving methodology.
Knowledge of SAP systems.
Microsoft Suite of Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $81,717.00 and $102,146.00.
