HR Administrator
Location: Poole
Hours: 25 hours per week (flexible hours)
Salary: £27,000 pro rata + quarterly bonus
Our client, a well-established organisation based in Poole, is seeking a part-time HR Administrator to support their busy HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment and contribute to the smooth running of the day-to-day HR operations.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
- Ensure all HR documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Draft employment contracts and set up new personnel files
- Monitor and manage the HR and holiday inboxes, responding to queries as needed
- Keep HR systems and organisational charts updated, including staff photos
- Stay informed on relevant employment legislation and statutory obligations
- Take clear and confidential notes during formal meetings (e.g., disciplinaries, absence reviews)
Skills
- HR experience would be desirable but not essential
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and work with systems and excel
- Passion for working in the HR profession
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail
