Project Administrator Development Lead
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Project Administrator Development Lead is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for all employees assigned or transitioning into the Project Administrator role.
This position ensures new and existing team members are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to successfully perform the duties of a Project Administrator.
In addition to training responsibilities, the Trainer will serve as a fully capable backup for the Project Administrator role, stepping in as needed to provide coverage and ensure business continuity.
Success in this role requires a high level of operational knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate complex processes into accessible training modules.
The Trainer must model best practices, remain current with policies and system updates, and foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, update, and deliver onboarding and continuing education programs for Project Administrators across all relevant project types (e.g., Patch and Repair, General Contracting, IAQ, Safety P&R, Diagnostics, TRACE, etc.)
Train employees on WTI documentation standards, compliance procedures, SAP Sales Order workflows, financial documentation, and customer billing practices.
Maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids in alignment with WTI policies and system changes.
Create and maintain a central knowledge base or training library.
Facilitate one-on-one and group training sessions both virtually and in-person, using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
Conduct assessments to evaluate knowledge retention and identify ongoing training needs.
Act as a functional backup for Project Administrators by stepping into active project management roles during high volume periods, absences, or vacancies.
Monitor the performance and accuracy of administrative processes during backup assignments to ensure compliance and timely execution.
Provide mentorship and support for new Project Administrators during their transition period.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the Business Operations team and assist in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Supervisors, Field Representatives, and IT to ensure alignment on process execution and training priorities.
Track and report training activities, progress, and feedback to departmental leadership.
Lead periodic process audits to ensure compliance with documented procedures, identify process deviations, and recommend improvements.
Track recurring issues and questions from trainees and use these insights to drive training program enhancements and SOP revisions.
Support software or platform rollouts by creating or delivering role-specific training materials and hosting Q&A sessions.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university
EXPERIENCE: Four to seven years of related experience and/or training
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Expert knowledge of administrative project workflows, compliance documentation, and customer billing systems.
Ability to clearly communicate complex processes to a diverse group of learners.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, SAP, e-Builder, Smartsheet, and related systems.

GC Administration Supervisor
Note: This position will support the South Atlantic and Gulf Coast Regions within our Eastern Division.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating all General Contracting project administration staff in addition to project administration duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises Project Administrators
Responsibilities of Project Administration
Possess a thorough understanding of all interfacing departments such as Field, Credit, Accounting, Finance, etc.
Process commission adjustments and chargebacks
Assist Business Operations Support Manager in open credit disputes with the finance team
Questions regarding billings, disputes, bonds, insurance, customer submittals, material issues, material releases, customer specific documents that are unfamiliar, commissions
Communicate changes in administrator roles to appropriate internal and external personnel (i.e.
sales reps, CM's, division managers, regional managers etc.)
Readsoft, Invoice Cancelation, and PO Review/Release approval
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraising, reward and discipline of employees

The Specification Specialist reviews and develops project specifications and Scopes of Work to ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and company standards, using their expertise to select appropriate items based on project requirements.
We are looking for an Associate Specification Specialist to support our Pacific Northwest Region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop AIA MasterFormat specifications that comply with Tremco requirements, purchasing agreements, local building codes, and industry standards (NRCA, SPRI, Factory Mutual, etc.).
Develop specifications in compliance with IBC, IECC, and Tremco-specific requirements & standards
Develop specifications based on individual project Scopes of Work, using expertise, experience, and best practices to select appropriate items.
Assist Estimators in understanding specifications for bid preparation and pricing.
Calculate wind-uplift design pressures based on project specifics.
Understand and apply 3rd party test reports for Tremco systems for specifications
Identify and resolve service, process, or quality system problems; ensure proper resolution implementation.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the specification development process.
Stay updated with compliance policies to ensure specifications and drawings align with contract agreements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving building codes, industry regulations, and roofing standards by staying current with building code changes; escalate and implement necessary adjustments in design and construction practices.
Ensure specification work is completed in a timely manner
Ensure specification work is compliant, clear, concise, correct, and complete.
Ensure compatibility of specified products.

Communicate with Product & Technical as needed throughout the specification development process.
Provide support to the Specification Specialist team and Product & Technical Solutions Department to achieve company-wide goals and targets.
Maintain educational credentials
Responsibilities include any and all responsibilities deemed necessary by the manager
Utilize Tremco's platforms for job and data management (E-builder, Spec Writer, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Competent in Tremco's products and systems, including application, use, coverage rates, compatibility, and limitations.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.

Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed. Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. All other Quality Control Inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager. Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal. Working knowledge of roof coating systems.

Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in a field service leadership role. Managing Accounts

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience. Qualifications:
Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.

Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance is currently searching for a Field Support Specialist.
The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business
Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property Preparing roof drawings and sketches Preparing scope of work documents Preparing proposals Attending sales calls Pricing patch and repair jobs Providing technical expertise Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof
May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work
This work may include but is not limited to:
Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs Taking photographs Preparing CADD drawings Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role. Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required.
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects. Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.
information relating to status of projects, remediation plans, and customer concerns) to Sales Representative. Intermediate skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, area, circumference and volume. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000.
