The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Contributing to, validating and signing-off on all proposals and specifications: Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre con Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of eBuilder for all project documentation per policy manual Accountable for project cost / budget variance & profitability Accountable for Quality Assurance Understands subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tiers subs, missing submittals, etc. Sets project timelines and goals Manages key metrics and report on regular basis or as required Coordinates work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI &Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management Participates in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.

Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases.
Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program.
One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable.
Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 3+ years of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems
