Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.

Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the District, including weekly Accounts Receivable follow up.
Hire, train, develop, motivate, and shape image of Territory Managers.
Conduct quarterly TM plan and review sessions.

Physical Requirements:

The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.
This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written.

Attend pre-bids and develop photo documentation and field dimension records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work.
Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents
Travels to project sites to review for proposal development.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as a liaison to the CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed according to Tremco standards.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.

CENTRAL LONDON (OFFICE BASED)
£50,000 to £60,000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively partnering with a fast-growing Central London SME, soon to receive backing from a multi-billion-pound global group to accelerate project growth.
They are seeking a standalone Finance Manager/Accountant to oversee the full finance function and support key operational tasks (90% finance / 10% operations).
This is a broad, hands-on Finance Manager/Accountant role for a proactive individual with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver accurate reporting and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
THE FINANCE MANAGER | ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
As Finance Manager you'll full responsibility for the end-to-end management of significant number of legal entities each containing live projects, each on Xero.
Management of multiple bank accounts, cashflow forecasting, bank reconciliation, supplier payments, intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Managing existing Xero systems, and implementing new instances for new entities
Ensuring purchase ledger invoices are allocated to the correct legal entities and payments are processed within payment terms
Responsible for VAT Returns, CIS Submissions, PAYE RTI, Confirmations Statements and Persons of Significant Control filings
Produce detailed management accounts, financial reports including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation, along with MI, to the Directors to support informed decision making
Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers, including asset classification and depreciation allocation.
Responsible for monthly payroll, pensions and benefits, including P11D
Manage monthly and annual budgeting processes, cost allocation, and financial analysis
Liaise with external accountants for year-end statutory accounts & tax returns
Manage intercompany loans, interest calculations, and support corporate structuring activities including mergers, demergers, and joint ventures.
Support business incorporation, including bank accounts and corporate structure optimisation.
Operations & Executive Support: Providing key operational support across; Office management, HR (with support from external advisors), Office H&S, General IT, Phone Systems, Insurance, facilities, staff socials, PA assistance to the Directors
THE PERSON:
Must have experience in a role such as Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Accountant, Head of Finance, Accounts Manager or Similar, ideally from an SME background.
Part Qualified or Fully Qualified (AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
Strong knowledge of Xero and Advanced Excel skills
Proven experience in managing multi-entity financial operations and reporting.
Excellent knowledge of UK compliance, VAT, PAYE, and Companies House filings.
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions
Advise HR and management on employment law issues, including hiring, performance management, terminations, wage and hour compliance, accommodations, and employee relations.
Partner with HR to draft, review and update employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, separation agreements, and employee handbooks.
Manage and respond to employment-related claims and administrative charges (EEOC, DOL, state agencies) and conduct internal investigations, as needed.
Partner with HR to develop and deliver training on employment law topics, including anti-harassment, discrimination and workplace conduct.
Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices remain compliant.
Support internal investigations and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
Collaborate with outside counsel on employment litigation and complex legal matters.
Assist with labor relations and union matters, as needed.
Provide support to other areas of the legal department, as needed (e.g., contracts, intellectual property, litigation, real estate and compliance).
Minimum Requirements
J.D.
from an ABA accredited law school.
Admission to, and good standing with, at least one US state bar (or DC).
5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on employment law; in-house experience preferred.
Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA).
Excellent judgment, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across departments.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in a corporate legal department or advising corporate clients.
Familiarity with international employment law.
Experience managing or advising on workplace investigations and compliance programs.
Ability to change gear quickly and provide service to a wide range of different needs, business models, and personality types.
Purposeful, results-focused, with well-developed prioritization skills.
Some travel (domestic and international) is required.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours a day.
No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $105,000 and $115,000.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
