The successful candidate will work closely with the internal asset management teams and business partners to ensure communications between the Boards, Board Committees and the business operate effectively and to the highest standards.
The role holder will need to have funds experience, Irish regulatory knowledge, strong minute taking, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Skills/Experience:
Ideally Qualified Company Secretary.
Qualified or near qualified Corporate Governance professional.
Professional with banking experience is preferred but is not a pre-requisite.
Experience and knowledge of the Irish regulatory environment.

Ability to draft clear and precise reports for submission to the Boards and Committees.

Ability to make presentations to the boards either in person or by conference phone - speaks clearly and with confidence.
Familiarity and experience with Blueprint Software.
Familiarity with Diligent.
Work autonomously on own tasks, whilst working in a team environment.
Work under pressure with flexibility to adapt to shifting time expectations.

Manage the business of a range of corporate entities/committees through the setting of agendas, review and distribution of Board packs, completion of matters arising and minutes and the monitoring and control of Board delegation policies.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Chairpersons and Directors of each entity for which you are responsible.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with senior team members including the CEO/COO/CCO/CRO and Designated Persons.
Collaborate with Compliance team to compile and submit information and document requests from Central Bank of Ireland.
Ensure company secretarial matters are properly managed.
Management of shareholder meetings where appropriate.
Work with staff to ensure that submissions are of a high standard and are suitable to lay before the Board and its Committees- proactively ensuring that they address issues of importance to the Boards and Committees
Assist in monitoring and updating Board and Committee diaries.
Updating company records (both internal and Blueprint) and preparing templates.
Reviewing and drafting documents and procedures.
Preparation of minutes and matters arising for the Boards or Committees.
Assist in ensuring that all Board and Committee terms of references are reviewed and updated (if required) on a regular basis.
Assist in advising on managing, mitigating and monitoring corporate governance risks.
Support the strong governance and control framework in place by adherence to the processes and procedures in place to meet all regulatory and statutory obligations.
Proactively work to develop and enhance Board and Committee processes and controls in response to regulatory and industry changes, and as directed by the Boards and the business.
Providing input and advice to the business and directors with regard to Board governance matters.
Report to the Boards and Committees on matters such as delegated authorities, board policies and procedures and corporate governance matters generally.

Forwards published copies to local Tremco Representative, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor. Bidding Stage Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Provides the superintendent with necessary subcontractor information, such as site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc., from the Bid Form prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms. Visits job site as necessary. Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes, Attend or be involved via conference call. Maintain Project Schedule process updates from the superintendent. Perform site audits as appropriate. Authorize and generate Change Orders as required. Authorize subcontractor payments. Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.

Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.

Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance with contract specifications, job shutdown, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains the highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting a positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e., OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.

EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of progressive experience in a similar role, including leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc.
Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster, and other forms of facade systems and how to repair them using Tremco CPG Materials properly.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $90,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).

WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
