Specific Requirements:
Works directly with Production Supervisors, other Process Technician, Utility, and others in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. Have good command and general working knowledge of manufacturing equipment. Comprehension of manufacturing techniques and demonstrates safety compliances Executes tasks and project responsibilities as outlined and assigned from the compliance calendar, production worklist, expected delivery report, and verbal / written instructions from Supervisors and Management.
Inventory Control through cycle counts, batch log & MUS record keeping, and filling or transferring documentation. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Inspection Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and dispatching all inspections for WTI.
This position ensures that the regional responsibilities are managed, tracked, and executed timely.
This role must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing the inspection volume for an assigned division.
Ensuring project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives.
Key responsibilities include accurate field reporting, timely completion of jobs, and project backlog management.
This position will have the authority to make scheduling changes as required to manage scope changes, unplanned work, and weather-related changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the scheduling and onboarding of the field technician team. Assist with schedule communication with regional Sales Representatives and management. Assist with travel and hotel arrangements for inspection routes. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing various communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters.
Assist with managing data and information across multiple platforms, including SAP, Excel, Sharepoint, and more.
Assist with schedule communication between customer and technician. Interact with cross-functional groups, and internal and field representatives in efforts to gather, coordinate, and complete paperwork and information. Maintain an updated customer contact list. Ability to determine escalation of communications as needed to management Special projects as needed.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work closely with other teams and departments. Computer Literacy, )365 suite, SAP, Excel, Word, IOS. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing administrative business functions. Performing Administrative activity: performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining, tracking, and management of paper and electronic data. Experience with Project Management and Gantt charts is a plus but not a requirement. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for creating drawings to be incorporated with Business Operations services.
Performs daily production activities as needed to process inspection forms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze data entered into roofing software by the production department or field tech reps. Revise data per acceptable roofing practice, Tremco standards, and rules of grammar. Create individual drawings for each building as well as site plans when provided. Upon completion of projects notify the sales rep and building owner, the data is available online for them to view. Create drawing packages for special projects such as bid packages. Make necessary revisions to drawings. Prioritize all work by due dates. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide a summary report weekly on discrepancies and progress on large projects.
(Summary report due every Friday by 3 p.m.) Perform job functions per ISO Standards Fill out the job tracking form found on the front of each folder (traditional jobs). Fill out a drawing sheet for each project (traditional jobs). Fill out weekly timesheets (traditional jobs). Learn electronic workflow tools.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in use of AutoCAD, Visual CAD Roof CAD. High School Diploma or the equivalent in education and experience required. Computer skills (All versions of AutoCAD, Visual CAD, Microsoft Office software, Bing Maps, and Google Earth - Aerial Imagine Programs). Ability to follow timelines and department standards. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Chemical Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring safety, maintaining product quality, and enhancing process efficiency in a chemical production environment.
Additionally, this role emphasizes promoting a LEAN culture and requires active involvement in on-floor operations as well as spearheading significant projects related to process equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively engage in safety management, addressing intermediate-level issues with shift supervisors.
Independently conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
Proactively identify and address safety concerns.
Use DAKOTA software for compliance, incident reporting, and safety management.
Develop and refine "standard work" practices to better understand and apply LEAN principles.
Manage tasks on Engineering Tier and accountability boards, and conduct daily GEMBA Walks.
Lead projects focused on eliminating non-value-added activities using engineering principles.
Enhance equipment efficiency and participate in quality training programs.
Manage process equipment projects with moderate complexity.
Contribute as an active member of the facility's Quality Improvement Council (QIC).
Oversee medium-scale process equipment projects with budget considerations.
Mentor less experienced engineers.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
4-year degree in engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 25 lbs.
