We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Inspection Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and dispatching all inspections for WTI.
This position ensures that the regional responsibilities are managed, tracked, and executed timely.
This role must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing the inspection volume for an assigned division.
Ensuring project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives.
Key responsibilities include accurate field reporting, timely completion of jobs, and project backlog management.
This position will have the authority to make scheduling changes as required to manage scope changes, unplanned work, and weather-related changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the scheduling and onboarding of the field technician team. Assist with schedule communication with regional Sales Representatives and management. Assist with travel and hotel arrangements for inspection routes. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing various communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters.
Assist with managing data and information across multiple platforms, including SAP, Excel, Sharepoint, and more.
Assist with schedule communication between customer and technician. Interact with cross-functional groups, and internal and field representatives in efforts to gather, coordinate, and complete paperwork and information. Maintain an updated customer contact list. Ability to determine escalation of communications as needed to management Special projects as needed.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work closely with other teams and departments. Computer Literacy, )365 suite, SAP, Excel, Word, IOS. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing administrative business functions. Performing Administrative activity: performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining, tracking, and management of paper and electronic data. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work: developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Experience with Project Management and Gantt charts is a plus but not a requirement. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and key social media tools. Under general supervision, the Senior Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and operational activities in support of manufacturing, The PMT helps maintain an inventory of manufacturing equipment, hand tools, molds, fixtures, and gauges, including spare parts.

Analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, machines, and process related problems. Perform maintenance, fabrication, adjustment, and repairs on all machinery and equipment. Develop and review spare parts lists and inventory, order repair parts and tools, and keep accurate maintenance records utilizing Limble or other PMT programs. Improve preventative maintenance plans including procedures with instructions for operator preventative maintenance.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
Install, set up, evaluate and make recommendations regarding new/existing equipment.
Make modifications to equipment to optimize performance.
Coordinate fabrication of fixtures and shop aids.
Ensure that manufacturing systems meet health, safety, and environmental management requirements. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered.
Education and Experience

Senior Production Maintenance Technician
This is the senior level of the Production Maintenance Technician series and is required to have a minimum of 7 years of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following: Advanced understanding of pneumatic /electrical drills, grinders, routers, and motors. Advances understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, general maintenance processes and methods, power tools, welders and machine shop equipment. Provides complex problem-solving skills including equipment breakdown, performing repairs and installation. Provides advanced electrical and instrumentation knowledge and troubleshooting. Able to bring team together to solve complex projects. Work with outside vendors in a professional manner. Ability to train and mentor lower-level PMT's. This level requires the following certifications: LOTO certified, Forklift certified, Fall protection certification Senior Production Maintenance Technician performs broader skilled work and specializes in one trade or craft but performs work in a variety of disciplines.
The Senior Production Maintenance Technician receives minimal instruction or assistance and is fully aware of the operating procedures and policies associated with the department.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for creating drawings to be incorporated with Business Operations services.
Performs daily production activities as needed to process inspection forms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze data entered into roofing software by the production department or field tech reps. Revise data per acceptable roofing practice, Tremco standards, and rules of grammar. Create individual drawings for each building as well as site plans when provided. Upon completion of projects notify the sales rep and building owner, the data is available online for them to view. Create drawing packages for special projects such as bid packages. Make necessary revisions to drawings. Prioritize all work by due dates. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide a summary report weekly on discrepancies and progress on large projects.
(Summary report due every Friday by 3 p.m.) Perform job functions per ISO Standards Fill out the job tracking form found on the front of each folder (traditional jobs). Proficient in use of AutoCAD, Visual CAD Roof CAD. High School Diploma or the equivalent in education and experience required.
