We are working with a growing Accident Repair Group looking for a highly skilled Bodyshop Controller / Quality Controller to join their team based in the Bracknell area.

Key Bodyshop Controller / Quality Controller Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Bodyshop productives you will be responsible for ensuring that all body repairs and paintwork meet defined quality procedures/Standards.
- Promoting inter-department co-operation as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures will all be part of the role
- You will also be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of productive staff as well as working closely with the estimators to ensure that the site is as profitable as possible.
- Detecting any imperfections, misalignments, damage, or blemishes on the repaired vehicle, including paint defects, panel gaps, and improper fitting.
- Verifying that all repair procedures were followed correctly, including proper parts usage, repair techniques, and adherence to industry best practices.
As an Bodyshop Controller / Quality Controller you will have:
- Been working in a similar role as a Bodyshop Quality Controller or in a Productive role within a Bodyshop.
- Ideally have experience with Autoflow.
- Computer literate.
- Experienced in Defect Identification, Quality Assurance Checks, Documentation, Customer Feedback, Standard Compliance, and confidence reporting issues to technicians to ensure manufacturer standards are achieved.
- Have experience in developing relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Have the drive and determination to maintain a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people.

The Chemical Maintenance Mechanic will perform routine, preventative and emergency maintenance to keep equipment, systems, spaces, structures, and infrastructure in proper operating condition.
This position will be working 10-hour shift, 4 days per week, (7pm to 5:30am), OT as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to understand and perform complex repair procedures while following oral and written instruction specific to the equipment being repaired.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, catwalks, or high lifts.
Develops a full understanding of chemical hazards specific to the area assigned to, including knowledge of required PPE for each job.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and/or specifications.
Work in a plant and shop environment.
Develops a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service.
Mechanic must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices.
This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment.
Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems.
This includes a numbering system and location tank tables, level measuring systems and transfer pumps for repairing such systems.
Mechanics must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems.
This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems.
Work with internal customers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime.
Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements.
Assist in training less skilled mechanics.
Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with and/or supervise projects using an outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco quality and safety procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2 or more years of experience in Manufacturing mechanical field.
Experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting plant issues.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Basic safety training such as Right to Know, Hazmat, Hazwoper.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete work functions within Chemical production operations.
Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products.
Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE.
General forklift duties.
The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems.
Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting.
Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation.
Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.
Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times.
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes.
Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years.
Preferred, Forklift experience certified.

Mechanic must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices.
This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment.
Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems.
This includes a numbering system and location tank tables, level measuring systems and transfer pumps for repairing such systems.
Mechanics must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems.
This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems.
Work with internal customers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime.
Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements.
Assist in training less skilled mechanics.
Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with and/or supervise projects using an outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco quality and safety procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Sales & Revenue Analysis

Cross-Functional & Operational Support

Minimum Qualifications
