We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Review each individual Roofing field sales (annual) business plan. Be part of 1) each local Roofing field sales team, 2) each Roofing regional sales leadership team, and 3) Roofing field sales training to drive growth via Rule-of-10's and project specific activity. Act as technical expert for related technologies in assigned area and market segment.
Leverage industry, segment, and/or product knowledge to identify gaps in assigned product line and present opportunities for development and growth.
Provide leadership, creative guidance, and collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders on pre-launch needs and post-launch support to enhance selling efforts; including but not limited to testing, certification, warranties, collateral, literature, case studies, and success stories. Collaborate with Sales on creating and executing plans to increase sales knowledge and drive revenue in assigned market segment and technologies, including but not limited to existing products, new product launches, and newly acquired products to drive sustainable growth and increase market share.
