Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work).
Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system.
Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support daily inventory operations and multiple manufacturing and warehouse locations.
This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory, supporting production, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as our business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and manage daily inventory functions, including returns, aging inventory, and transaction processing.
Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts; research and resolve discrepancies.
Enter and maintain product codes, material master data, BOM recipes, costing information, and corporate reporting.
Process production batch tickets and complete finished goods inventory.
Handle drum disposal and tote recycling processes.
Support inventory activities across multiple manufacturing and warehouse sites.
Qualifications
2+ years of inventory management or related experience.
Strong knowledge of inventory systems / WMS / ERP (SAP preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience in accounting or shipping/receiving is a plus.
Relevant college coursework or degree a plus.
Skills & Attributes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-directed with solid problem-solving abilities.
Mechanical aptitude, including comfort with fluid gauges and material handling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

About the Service
Our Short-Term Homecare Team provides temporary support to help people:

Working Hours
We are particularly keen to hear from drivers available for late shifts:
Early: 7:00am - 2:30pm
Late: 3:30pm - 11:00pm
Long Day: 7:00am - 2:30pm and 3:30pm - 11:00pm
Late shift availability (3:00pm - 11:00pm) is a priority, although early shifts are also required.
