DAP is hiring Product Marketing Intern for Summer 2025.
Responsibilities
Label Master: Create a folder with all print outs / digital of all Foam primary and secondary pkg as a master file for easy reference Master Application Matrix: Create a master application matrix for 1K and 2K foam. End User Database: Gather all the users thus far that we have had touch points and create a database for future contact.
Also possibly create a list of foam insulation contractors in MD area for potential contact / resource Demo Day Spray Display Pieces: 1) Example: putting together cross section/ physical displays of foam for demo days.
2) Also think up new ideas for demos. Comp Grids (sell sheets) Take existing / old "kill" sheets and update them with new data and visuals. Blue Card Ideation: Think up potential blue cards for Foam category innovation / along with pulling ideation stimulation images for when it comes time to create the PPT for the CREATE session. National Sales Meeting 2025: Assist all round (spoof video ideation, sample ordering, live demos, booth set up etc). Deep Dive HVAC: Analyze HVAC category: find white space (potential NPD/innovation areas), application matrix. New channel exploration: Find new ways to use foam (outside the box thinking) - Kit Ideas: Cross category kit ideas. Collaborative Intern Project: Across all Categories, Comprehensive look at all stages of a residential build and line up all DAP projects that are applicable at every stage Goal: create a master visual of where and when DAP projects can be used at each stage.
May be opportunity to find white space.
Could be used in Customer presentation.Alternate: Categorize DAP projects by Trade (drywaller, framer, flooring, fenestration contractors, plumbing, electrical etc) and line up all the DAP products that each trade will use.
Again, would be a master file plus opportunity to find white space.
Requirements:

All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Coordinates, expedites and traces the shipping of orders and leftovers; chooses the appropriate carrier based on project requirements and coordinates details with logistics and carriers; point of contact for shipment issues and is responsible for resolving ensuring delivery to required destination. Follows deposit invoice progression to ensure collection prior to material shipment. Reviews order invoicing and subcontractor payment details to determine if within approval guidelines; escalates for approval as needed; enters information into the computer system and generates payments and invoices. Proactively escalates compliance and risk related concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for reviewing and updating backlog, leftover, invoicing, product forecasting, and other management reports as required. Forecast review and updates to ensure invoicing is captured in appropriate period Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms, as required. Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start. Assesses customized customer correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for required approvals, coordinates approvals and distribution with appropriate team members.
Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensure invoices are allocated to the correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget. Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.

High school diploma with extensive experience in customer service field. The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers. Developing Business Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property Preparing roof drawings and sketches Preparing scope of work documents Preparing proposals Attending sales calls Pricing patch and repair jobs Providing technical expertise Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.

Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.

The IT Service Desk Intern would work under mentorship of IT Service Desk Manager.
The intern will work on the following: Reviewing helpdesk tickets and provide tier 1 support.
Reset AD passwords, create accounts, setup computers, reset SAP passwords, and other lever 1 tasks that arise. Laptop refresh project.
Pay
$17 / hour.
Requirements
Major: Computers, IT, Networking. Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. Experience with Active Directory. Well aware of Microsoft 365. Well organized. Good communication skills. Attention to details, inquisitive, good notes taker, desire to learn and grow.

The EH&S Specialist job functions include but not limited to implementation and maintenance of environment, health, and safety programs at DAP's Dallas Facility (75%) and DAP's Garland DC (25%).
Key responsibilities include, identifying, developing and implementing plant safety directives in conjunction with Legal, HR and Operations departments.
Assist facilities with; safety & environmental compliance obligations, develop and manage implementation of directives, coordination of worker's compensation objectives, audit and assist in correction of all deficiencies of facilities for adherence to compliance objectives and directives, all site compliance activities, assist with facility required inspections and investigations, some travel will be required to assist other facilities will be required.
Responsibilities
Identify and Communicate Compliance Obligations
Monitor regulatory developments in environment/health/safety area for new/revised compliance obligations, areas of potential risk/liability, and advise plant leadership regarding these issues. Assist with development of health/safety compliance strategies in conjunction with corporate directives. Develop/distribute plain language health/safety compliance requirement directives to plant mgmt.
in conjunction with the above group.
Network with industry peers, via participation in trade associations and seminars.
Act in a Leadership Role with Plant Personnel in Fulfilling Health/Safety Compliance Obligations Provide direction, review and oversee all safety systems.
Identify, communicate and assist in the development of Best Practices for injury prevention.
Ensure reporting/record-keeping is complete, accurate and timely per OSHA and state agency requirements, insurer's requirements and DAP mandated requirements.
Prepare and/or approve employee training materials on health/safety, conduct training where plant resources are inadequate, or where centralized training responsibility is appropriate.
Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and Directives
Conduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives.
Conduct and Manage Incident Analysis Program Lead, assist and maintain incident reporting procedures to DAP Corporate and RPM.
Evaluate trends in incidents.
Recommend corrective actions to minimize/eliminate undesirable trends.
Incorporate accident prevention programs into safety directive.
Maintain Environmental reporting requirements Keep accurate records on plant emission calculations to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting submission requirements.
Assure plants stay in compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is requested.
Requirements:
EHS Degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or similar field. 3+ years of relevant experience.
Computer software familiarity. Working knowledge of state and federal regulations. Experience in research skills. Certified Safety Professional preferred Must be Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
