GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.

Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.

Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.

Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. To maintain detailed, accurate case notes and reports, update computerised records, conduct correspondence and respond to enquiries as required to efficiently progress cases to resolution.
To provide advice and practical assistance (including keyworking and hand holding) to rough sleepers to ensure a successful and suitable housing outcome in line with resources.
To provide information about support, debt counseling and money advice services to rough sleepers in rent or mortgage arrears including advice on the availability of welfare benefits and prioritizing debts, referring people to the DWP, Housing Benefit Service or CAB as appropriate.
Where necessary to provide advice and practical support on “being a good tenant” and finding accommodation to lower needs rough sleepers in order for them to help themselves secure accommodation.
To undertake a comprehensive assessment of vulnerable rough sleepers in respect of their support and housing related needs including the risk to themselves and others.
To develop and maintain a sound knowledge of the support needs of vulnerable single customers presenting for assistance including physical and mental health, substance misuse, offending, learning disabilities, independent living skills, education, training and employment needs.

The Quality Control Manager manages the Quality Process to ensure we are effectively meeting our key business metrics and satisfying all customer product requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all quality-related functions in the plant.
Act as primary plant liaison with Customers dealing with their processing issues.
Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials.
Work directly with Corporate and local Purchasing on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor selection and qualification.
Manage ISO Quality systems.
Lead the Lean/Six Sigma initiatives in the plant.
Respond to and report on internal and external quality concerns - manage the root cause investigation, corrective action implementation, and follow up, and the SAP quality process.
Interact professionally and timely both verbally and in writing with customers and the sales force.
Develop quality standards for raw materials and finished products.
Oversee all lab functions and personnel, assuring safety and integrity of those operations.
Test on raw materials and finished product as required.
Implement material cost-saving plans where and when appropriate.
Participate in annual budget planning.
Assist in all compliance activities, especially Hazcom and maintaining SDS system.
Other projects/tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Degree in Quality, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Polymer, or Business.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years' related experience.
Experience in Quality Programs (Lean, ISO, Six Sigma).
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
ISO certification.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
ISO knowledge. Six Sigma / Lean Thinking. Training experience. Strong communication skills (written, verbal). Confidentiality.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
