Commercial Roofing Foreman

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

* Supporting the delivery and development of outdoor learning and Forest School activities.
* Travelling regularly between the Alton and Liss settings to provide visible, hands-on leadership.
Candidates from the following backgrounds will be considered:
* Nursery Area Manager, Senior Nursery Manager, Area Nursery Manager, Regional Nursery Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Site Nursery Manager, Nursery Operations Manager, Nursery Manager, Childcare Manager, Early Years Manager, EYFS Manager or similar.
What we are looking for:
* Strong experience working within a nursery or early years environment.
* Proven nursery management and leadership experience.
* A Level 3 Early Years qualification, Early Years degree or equivalent.
* Strong working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements.
* Experience supporting and developing nursery teams and managers.
* Background working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* An interest in Forest School and outdoor learning.
* A hands-on leadership style with the ability to work effectively across two settings.
* A full UK driving licence and valid DBS.
Previous multi-site experience would be advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The Commercial Roofer will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour
Benefits, upon satisfaction of applicable eligibility requirements, include but are not limited to:

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred
Reliable form of transportation
Acceptable background check per company standards
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
