My client is a charity and is looking for an experienced Service Manager or Registered Manager to work alongside the Regional Manager, ensuring the successful operations and running of a supported living home in Headington.
You will manage the day to day running of the services, leading a team of Team Leaders in the homes and the community support, ensure CQC and regulatory compliance, work with the Registered Manager on key managerial decisions.
The Service Manager will be offered
Starting Salary of £29,900 (rising to £30,000 - £31,000 after probation review)
Working pattern can vary between shift work (so you are available for service users) and Monday to Friday weeks

Are you an experienced Registered Manager in children's homes?
Charles Hunter Associates are working exclusively with a national provider of children's residential services to recruit a Registered Manager for a brand new 4-bed children's home awaiting registration in Doncaster.
You will have an experienced and qualified staff team, mentoring by very experienced senior managers, full therapeutic support from the inhouse clinical team and therapeutic management program.

Do you have the following :
Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willing to undertake this
Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager in residential children's homes
