Summary:
Sitecore architect works with the Consumer Product Manager, Customer Product Lead, R&D Product Lead and various stakeholders to develop modern solutions in an agile environment. If you are a visionary with a proven track record of successful projects and have the ability to drive technological advancements, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Define the technical architecture for Sitecore projects, including infrastructure, database, and application components.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize Sitecore performance, scalability, and security Manage a small team of direct reports, providing clear goal setting, coaching, and collaboration all while maintaining Rust-Oleum's culture. Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the marketing department's long-term strategy. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years working on Sitecore at an architect level. Strong skills in .NET, GraphQL, CSS, React, NextJS, TypeScript, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL are essential, along with a deep understanding of Sitecore's headless architecture, APIs and best practices Solid understanding of Sitecore's workflows, content authoring process, and approval mechanisms Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.

Manage the collection, maintenance, and distribution of product data for several categories of hardware and home improvement products. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information across all digital platforms and channels. Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), or similar SaaS environments, ideally within the hardware and home improvement industry. Expertise with systems such as inriver, WebDam, and Acquia; experience in product categorization, taxonomy, and metadata management; adept at data manipulation using Excel. Review new, continuous improvement projects for requirements related to PHA/PSM requirements. Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and DirectivesConduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives. Conduct and Manage Incident Analysis ProgramLead, assist and maintain incident reporting procedures to DAP Corporate and RPM.
Evaluate trends in incidents.
Recommend corrective actions to minimize/eliminate undesirable trends.
Incorporate accident prevention programs into safety directive. Maintain Environmental reporting requirementsKeep accurate records on plant emission calculations to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting submission requirements.
Assure plants stay in compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is requested.
Requirements:
EHS Degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or similar field. 3+ years of relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements

Previous industrial sales experience and NACE certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity.

Essential Functions

Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Education Guidelines
BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, or other equivalent scientific field required MS or PhD is preferred Salary Range: up to $100,000 annually, with bonus eligibility
