The primary result expected from the Assistant Supervisor-Milling will be to supervise the department to ensure the manufacturing of paint and related products by directing and coordinating the daily activities under the guidance of the shift supervisor, executing the shift production work schedule as dictated via the production plan, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized working environment while providing training requirements and leadership/guidance to all department shift personnel. Observe work and monitor all indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards. Confer with management to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Responsibilities/Expectations: Communicate with Supervisors and peers : provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person. Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality. Learn all manual tasks performed within the department. Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures. Treat people with dignity and respect. We are currently recruiting Registered General Nurses in the Banstead, Surrey area, for a number of nursing and residential homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights and weekend duties.
As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) working for Onecall24, you will be responsible for the below duties:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex health conditions, including those requiring tracheostomy care, ventilator management, PEG feeding, and catheter care.
Provide care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Work in a flexible and responsive manner, adapting to changes in the rota or shifts as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support teams to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Ensure that care is provided in compliance with OneCall24's quality standards and regulatory requirements
