Manage a caseload of serious injury/clinical negligence matters from inception to completion.
Support the team leader in the day-to-day running of the department and assist colleagues as needed.
Assess liability and quantum, reviewing medical reports, researching case law and maximising billings to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team of experts including medical professionals, care experts and counsel.

Ensure minimal write-offs and maintain strong commercial awareness.
Required skills and experience:
5-10 years PQE with significant recent multi-track experience in serious injury/clinical negligence.
Strong technical fee-earning skills in RTA, EL/PL and Clinical Negligence.
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail and a focus on client care.
Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.
Proficiency in using case management systems.
