The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the management of a key DAP account, Lowe's, within the Southern Division.
The Regional Field Manager will be based in the Charlotte, NC area.
Developing sales relationships with key Lowe's regional contacts to achieve sales goals for the account is the primary responsibility of this position.
The position also provides ongoing training programs, processes, and strategies that enhance and accelerate the depth of knowledge and efficiency of the Lowe's Field Service Unit (MST), store associates, and regional contacts to better service and increase sales with this key home center.
Responsibilities
Providing field tutelage and training tools that maximize MST performance and results in support of Director of Sales. Partnering with Lowe's Pro Sales Representatives to reach major customers/accounts within Lowe's Leadership within the field service team Partnership building within the DAP home center sales/marketing support staff and home center customers Improving sales and merchandising processes Advancing customer support levels Putting DAP in win-win scenarios with the Lowe's regional merchandising teams
Requirements

Specific Requirements:
Works directly with the Production Superintendent, other Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, Utility, and others in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. What will you do?

As our Packaging Operator you will package paint and related products by operating, setting up, adjusting, and performing QC checks while tending to machines and hand fills to package paint in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner according to specifications. Here's what you can expect every day: Inspect and examine products for quality, packaging accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects. Push buttons, turn handles, or move controls and levers to start and control packaging machines. Change over equipment, adjust equipment, or otherwise adjust machines to improve equipment performance and quality, using knobs, hand wheels, and/or hand tools. Set and adjust speed, temperature, product flow, and positions and tolerances of equipment. Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be filled, production times, stock specifications, BOM's, and SKU sequences. Monitor filling equipment to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary. Operate equipment at most efficient speed to ensure proper quality and output. Responsibility for the equipment performance, efficient changeovers, operation, and preventative maintenance. Required Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Good communication, English, and basic math skills Able to lift 50 lbs and work on a daily basis with hazardous materials safely Ability to plan and organize work and complete work efficiently Understand how to operate automated packaging equipment Able to connect pumps and filter for hand packing Operate a forklift
