Review and refine the company's bonus scheme and reward model.

THE PERSON
Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), with experience in an industrial industry such as Manufacturing, engineering, logistics, construction, retail, wholesale etc.
Ideally experience in an SME
Must have experience leading a small team, within a similar role, such as Senior Management Accountant, Financial Controller, Head of Finance,
Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager
Must have experience of producing management accounts
Track record / experience of systems migration / implementation
Strong business partnering and communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders

Qualifications

Board of Certified EHS Professional - Certified Safety Professional certificate, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Environmental Manager (CEM).
Competencies

Qualifications
University degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Safety Sciences) coupled with formal training in the areas of occupational health and safety, plus 7 to 10 years' experience leading and contributing to compliance and regulatory policy and program development in a materials processing environment, preferably in the chemical processing industry.
Board of Certified EHS Professional - Certified Safety Professional certificate, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Environmental Manager (CEM).
Competencies
