Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, glazing accessories and more for new construction and restoration.
Our products can be seen on structures from parking garages and mixed-use buildings to single-family homes and high-rises, and are also used in the modular, residential window and door, industrial and manufacturing markets.
The Business Leader manages daily production operations to meet production schedules, product standards and operational costs to ensure supply chain execution in the provision of finished goods.
Ensures compliance to operating policies and procedures to achieve safe operations, regulatory compliance, production schedules, product quality standards and operational cost targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the development, revision, and accuracy of production plan.
Sets lead-times and ensures orders are shipped on-time, ensures all necessary inventory is available to meet customer timelines and demands.
Defines necessary manpower and material resources to meet schedules and product delivery commitments.
Troubleshoots and finds solutions when bottlenecks or threats to delivery commitments arise & communicates promptly to any key stakeholders impacted.
Acts as primary contact with customers.
Provides technical support to customers including collaboration on product development and custom orders as well as general technical questions.
Acts as first point of contact and problem resolution for supplier issues and concerns regarding service level agreements.
In collaboration with VP Framed Technologies and the Director of Business Integration, assist in educating key stakeholders to drive sales of PreBuck Technologies as needed.
In collaboration with Director of Business Integration & VP Framed Technologies, assists in determining pricing, channel strategy, custom configuration, and geographical expansion to support growth strategy.
Assists in quoting and special pricing efforts through collaboration with sales, customer service and management to ensure a smooth and seamless flow of information to establish pricing for all quotes and special pricing.
Ensures the safety of staff, equipment, and facility in accordance with the North American Manufacturing Safety Program and Policies.
Ensures that all activities are in compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including SOX compliance and ISO standards.
Undertakes long and short-term planning and supervision of projects.
Implements LEAN practices.
Oversee all quality related functions in the plant.
Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent business experience.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 4 years operations experience (3 years management or supervisory) with a preference in a specialty chemical plant environment.

Summary:
The Director of Inventory Planning plays a key role in fueling business growth by aligning inventory strategy with customer demand and financial goals.
Through strong partnership across Sales and cross-functional teams, this leader transforms insights into action-optimizing inventory, reducing risk, and maximizing service.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and S&OP/IBP
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
Proven success partnering with Sales on demand planning and inventory strategy
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated success improving inventory performance (e.g., reducing excess/obsolete stock while improving service levels)
Strong ERP and planning systems experience (LN preferred), with proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce
Physical Requirements:
Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, etc.)
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)

Essential Functions:
Sales Partnership & Demand Alignment
Partner with Sales leadership to proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Support Sales in evaluating trade-offs between inventory availability, lead times, and customer commitments
Serve as the primary liaison between Inventory Planning and Sales to align forecasts, trends, and demand
Actively participate in S&OP and IBP processes, ensuring demand signals are clearly understood and incorporatedCross-Functional Leadership
Drive alignment across Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations with clear ownership, priorities, and timelines
Lead initiatives to improve inventory health, reduce excess/obsolete stock, and increase inventory turns
Partner with Finance to align inventory strategies with financial targets, including working capital and margin goalsLeadership
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing inventory planning team
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Develop talent pipelines and succession plans within the organization
Champion company safety and quality initiativesStrategic Inventory Planning
Own inventory health across Finished Goods, Purchased Finished Goods, and raw materials
Develop and execute strategies that balance service levels, working capital efficiency, and risk mitigation
Lead long-range and annual inventory planning aligned with business objectives and sales forecasts
Establish frameworks for inventory segmentation, safety stock, and replenishment strategiesReporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, inventory quality)
Deliver insights and recommendations to executive leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities

We're recruiting for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a global market-leading organisation based in Banbury.
Working closely with the Finance Director and Professional Sales leadership team, you'll use financial insight to support commercial decision making, drive profitability and influence business performance.

The Role
This is a varied, commercially focused role where you'll:
Partner with senior stakeholders across the Professional Sales business, building trusted relationships and becoming a valued commercial advisor
Produce budgets, forecasts and financial analysis, using the data to identify trends, opportunities and practical recommendations
Analyse sales performance, margins and profitability to support better commercial decision making
Influence business decisions by interpreting financial information, providing insight and challenging constructively rather than simply reporting the numbers
Support business cases, investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
Help shape the future of the business partnering function as it continues to evolve from transactional reporting towards commercial advisory support
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a commercial mindset and is confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
You'll ideally have:
Experience within a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified, finalist or qualified by experience (QBE)
Strong commercial awareness with a naturally curious mindset and the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into meaningful commercial recommendations
A personable, proactive approach with the confidence to build trusted relationships across the business
Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or reporting tools such as Power BI would be advantageous but isn't essential
