Operations Administrator required on a full-time, TEMP TO PERM BASIS (3 month Temp) based in Hammersmith; West London.
This position is responsible for supporting the smooth administration and operation of the key support services across all the Trust sites to ensure the local delivery of IT, procurement and site management, and assist in the effective communication to key stakeholders
The role requires a highly developed administrative and organisational skills, outstanding people skills, a passion for efficiency and an attention to detail.
Time Commitment
Term Time Only 37.5 hours per week although for the right person they can be flexible.
Reports to: the Director of Operations/Regional Operations Managers
1.
Estates Administration
· Ensure that all documentation is stored in the correct folders in Sharepoint including:
o Accurate registers of all maintenance work carried out on the Trusts sites.
o Health and Safety documentation eg legionella testing, electrical and gas testing, fire testing
o Evidence of quotations for work.
o Pre start meeting notes.
o Plans and contract definitions
o Site and IT based audits.
· Supporting Regional Site Managers to ensure that they receive competitive quotes for all works carried out on the Trust sites in compliance with our purchasing policies.
· Maintaining the register of approved suppliers.
· Ensure that annual maintenance reviews are booked in (HVAC, boilers, Fire alarms etc).
· Ensure that asbestos and hazardous substance registers are kept up to date.
· Work with Site Managers/Regional Operations Managers to enable the scheduling of maintenance at the sites.
· Take minutes as requested at any operational meeting in particular estates and Health & Safety meetings.
· Work with the Operations team to ensure that there is a trust wide estates management system.
· Ensure that the asset register is kept up-to date.
· On request, provide data for governors and head teachers.
· Liaise with school administrative staff to ensure data is captured and scheduling is smooth.
· Ensure that they have received all relevant DBS information for contractors.

Operational Administration
· Assist the Regional Operations Manager (IT) in liaising with the IT provider to make sure that day to day IT services are managed professionally and issues resolved as swiftly as possible.
· Assist the Regional Operations Manager (H&S) to liaise with external H&S contractors and ensure audits are conducted and documentation shared with Heads and Governors.
· Support the Operations team in delivering administration around the delivery of catering.
· Respond to general operational issues from teachers and other school-based employees on operational matters.
· Ensure that the site tickets are logged and followed up by site team.
· Liaise with the lettings team on any letting related problem.
· Liaise with the communications team on any operational related problem.
· Support the MAT team with administration needs, in particular the Director of Operations and Regional Operations Managers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administration Supervisor to join our team.
In this critical role, you will lead a team of Contract Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance management while collaborating with internal stakeholders including Legal, Sales, Construction, and Finance to support the US Sales contracting processes.

Essential Functions
Supervise and lead a team of Contract Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Assign and prioritize work based on business needs, utilizing multiple team email boxes and task queues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Sales, and Finance to support contract processes.
Review, edit, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerances.
Perform final review and signature of assigned contracts, escalating complex issues as needed.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental goals are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain efficient processes and standard operating procedures to support a scalable contract administration function.
Assist in the preparation and management of business & contractor licensing activities and renewals.
Act as the communication bridge between the contract admin team and senior manager to ensure alignment of goals, issues, and priorities.
Train new and existing team members on contract processes, systems, and tools.
Maintain accurate contract records in ERP and CLM systems.
Assist Contract Administrators in their tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in contract administration or related role.
3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience reviewing, editing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts - Mainly third-party contracts received from GCs and facility owners.
Experience working in an office-based, team-oriented environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Understanding of insurance terminology, ability to interpret requirements and read certificates of insurance (COIs).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Solid understanding of legal terminology and contract structures.
Preferred Requirements
Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or other relevant certifications.
Familiarity with risk management principles.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software; Agiloft experience is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with insurance documents and understanding coverage requirements.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours in a day.
No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000.

The Quality and Technical Manager responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end product quality, including production processes, SOPs, staff training, testing protocols, and continuous improvement.Monitor and analyse production data to ensure consistent, high-quality output.Maintain full ownership of quality compliance from goods-in to finished goods.
Work closely with production to develop systems that support strong data monitoring and operational control.Identify opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and performance through improved production processes.
Lead all accreditation processes (e.g., SALSA, BRC, and major retailer audit programmes).Maintain customer product specifications and ensure compliance with evolving standards.Manage relationships with external testing laboratories and ensure internal testing aligns with industry requirements.
Act as the operational link between Production and R&D teams to scope, define, and prioritise R&D projects.Translate scientific insights into practical production methods, ensuring robust implementation.Codify scientific processes to enable scalability across future production sites.
Work alongside engineering leads to specify, design, install, and commission new production equipment.Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution as required.
The ideal Quality and Technical Manager Candidate:
A strong scientific background, ideally with experience in microbiology (a degree in microbiology or biochemistry advantageous).Technical leadership experience in beverages—preferably within beer, wine, or spirits.Demonstrable experience with SALSA, BRC, or major UK retailer audit processes.Proven ability to work cross-functionally across R&D, NPD, production, and commercial teams.A highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production and quality data to understand product behaviour.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a bias for action and continuous improvement.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with both sales teams and customers.

AV Project Manager (CUSTOM INSTALL) - I have NEED for an audio visual project manager who is able to deliver high end residential integration projects working for a small fun growing audio visual residential integration company.
Ideally you will have achieved Cedia certification and be excellent with clients and team members.
