Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities included (but not limited to) Material Management Schedule adherence Quality Control Installer Management Safety Forecasting/Invoice (PMF) Change Orders Post Job Reports Customer Management Daily Reports/Site Visits (with photos) Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers and Sales/Construction Division team regarding project specific events, including but not limited to scheduling, labor costs and product consumption. Works closely with the installation crew in the training and proper application of Stonhard products in the Field (requires occasional weekend work). Monitors product performance under various conditions and communicates with Research and Development/Technical Service on product performance and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years' related experience, preferably with industrial and commercial projects Spends a minimum of 4 days per week in the field on Stonhard projects. Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 20%) Regional travel in the field is >50% of the time. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Position will require the employee to wear a half-faced purifying respirator and particulate filtering face piece While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to physically transport installation tools and materials on a project site (approximately 40 lbs.) Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively and efficiently run a caseload that will consist of OIC and MOJ RTA claims with the intention of maximising damagers for our client by considering and pursuing all relevant heads of loss.
- To identify and flag vulnerable clients from the outset and flag any vulnerability on the system, accurately record why those vulnerabilities have required extra time, care, and attention when you speak to the client.

- To ensure that all evidence is closely scrutinised and stressed checked and cross referenced to all other evidence of both the Claimant and Defendant for inconsistencies.
- Discuss liability and/or quantum offers with the relevant parties, making use of the telephone rather than letter whenever possible to build a stronger client rapport.
- To assist with any internal projections or mentoring of staff that your manager or HOD deems appropriate for you to assist with.
Experience & Knowledge
- A Solicitor, ILEX qualified or file handler of substantial experience of running their own caseload within the personal injury field.
- A proven track record of running your own successful caseload ideally within a claimant personal injury environment.
- A good working knowledge of the CPR, relevant case law and legislation as well as experience of progressing claims in a timely manner in accordance with the CPR.
- To understand the Intermediate Track Fixed Fee regime introduced in October 2023.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.

Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.

Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.

- Partner with business group leaders, sales teams, and other departments to provide financial insights and support.- Lead or contribute to special projects involving new product launches, licensing agreements, and business planning.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.- Prepare and communicate ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and financial graphics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA, MBA, or CPA candidate preferred.- 5-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Vertex, BW, and HFM preferred.- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a collaborative team player.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000, bonus eligible
