Essential Job Functions: As part of the E-Commerce team, enter skus in multiple retailer proprietary systems: set up skus, enter and maintain sku online content including product families, marketing copy, marketing bullets, regulatory information, product images, videos and other assets.
Perform routine audits of sku online content Maintain online content for retailers including sku availability, pricing & regulatory status Assist in NAE in development of a common database for content management Make recommendations to help drive revenue with enhanced product content, promotions, etc. Maintain and update product inventory file in retailer fulfillment systems Update retailer e-comm systems with order cancellations and revised back-order dates Manages Rust-Oleum's performance for on-time delivery, ASN timing, fill rates, and score carding metrics to ensure Rust-Oleum compliancy. The Field Engineer is responsible for the organization, research, and documentation of cross-departmental assignments supporting the continued growth and operations of Pure Air Control Services, a Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Industry certificates are preferred but not required. Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification preferred but not required. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, including Test and Balance or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems. Familiarity with current building, energy, and mechanical codes and standards.
Understanding of Indoor Air Quality and how it affects the building occupants.
Understanding of HVAC design principles, including heating load, air change, and ventilation requirements, and applying different HVAC systems (Constant volume, VAV, 100% OA, ERV units, etc.). Understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals, including load calculations, conceptual systems analysis through construction documentation design, equipment design and layout, and duct and pipe sizing.
Customer service oriented. Proficient computer skills and strong technical writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Well organized and possess superior time management abilities to support several projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and self-directed while remaining a team player.
Ability to travel out of state up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, establish requirements, and provide accurate quotations within company timescales
Plan customer orders, ensuring specifications and timescales are clearly communicated to both production and the customer
Generate necessary manufacturing paperwork, including works orders, route cards, and dispatch sheets
Track customer orders through to completion, ensuring timely processing and invoicing
Arrange and manage customer deliveries, providing cover to other relevant departments as needed
Requirements
1-2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing/engineering industry
Excellent communication skills, with experience in phone-based customer interaction
Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to work accurately under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
Strong attention to detail
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30 am-5 pm
