THE ROLE:
70% New Business Development and 30% Account Management.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food industry.
Upsell products with existing customers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Building strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional business.
Developing customer account plans for both new and existing clients.
Collaborate with other colleagues to develop strategies to win new business.

THE PERSON:
Current experience in a Business Development Manager, BDM, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Telesales Executive, Sales Development Representative, SDR or similar role.
A highly motivated individual who is confident, resilient and able to manage their own time effectively.
Must have a proven track record of closing business over the telephone and face to face.
Confident to close sales.
Excellent communication skills over email, the phone, face to face / video.
Must be able to travel to client meetings and travel into the office when required.

The Business Development Manager will be part of a wider sales team, which as a group will be responsible for both proactive new business development as well as account management.
As a business development manager, the role will primarily be responsible for the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of new customer work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy.

We're looking for a fast moving, highly organised Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing business in Banbury.
This is a newly created role driven by expansion and acquisitions ideal for someone who enjoys pace, problem-solving and taking ownership in a busy, hands-on environment.
You'll work closely with the Supply Chain Team Leader to keep stock flowing, suppliers aligned and internal teams informed playing a key role in maintaining availability and service levels across the business.
What You'll Do
Raise and manage Purchase Orders
Place orders for forecasted ROP and demand-based products
Chase suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
Update system comments, due dates and escalate delivery risks
Liaise with Finance, Warehouse, Sales and Operations
Resolve invoice and non-conforming delivery issues
Review back orders and support a 95% availability target

Previous administration experience
Confident communicator, happy picking up the phone
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working at pace and learning new systems quickly

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager on a full time permanent basis in Stratford-upon-Avon.
With a salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 with excellent commission opportunities the role is office based.
Working for a leading supplier to the construction industry and energy and utilities sectors.
Purpose of the role:
This is a fast-paced, hands-on operational sales role based in the branch, focused on delivering high levels of customer care.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Manager:
Proactively prospecting for new leads within target sectors, via phone and email
Taking calls, being first point of contact

Key Skills Required for the Sales Manager:
Proven track record in B2B sales, in a fast paced, office environment
Sales team management experience
Business development, prospecting, lead generation experience with high conversion rates
Experience in high volumes of sales order processing and quotes
Sales experience from within the construction industry would be an advantage
Confident communications skills
Comfortable working in a targeted, fast paced environment
High levels of customer service
Ability to establish and nurture client relationship
