JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Support Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The Quality Support Specialist will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work.
Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings.
Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to:
Peel tests
Product testing
Product recommendations
Proper product installations
Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials.
Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation.
Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation.
Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed.
Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days.
Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team.
Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable.
Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested.
Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities.
Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection related tasks or training as assigned by the manager.
Travel predominantly within assigned territory and nationally when needed, complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OSHA 30 training OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
Prior experience in a field service leadership role.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems)
In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of our product line.
This position is an autonomous role and requires self-motivation to manage a high level of independence.
Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
Experience working with various types of technology and software.

This role translates our client's security strategy into effective day-to-day assurance and risk management.
You will assess cyber risk, review technology and AI solutions, lead security investigations and control assurance, coordinate testing and regulatory activity, and provide expert security advice to Technology and the wider business.
You'll also represent the security function on key governance and working groups
Essential Skills/Experience:
Strong practical experience of cyber risk assessment, security assurance and control evaluation
Recognised cyber security qualification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent
Experience reviewing security designs for technology change, software development and third-party solutions
Strong practical experience of the Microsoft 365 security stack, including Entra, Defender and Purview
Strong incident-triage, threat-hunting and investigation skills
Experience designing and interpreting penetration tests, attack simulations and security-control assurance
Good understanding of identity, endpoint, data-protection, mobile-device, email/web and cloud security controls
Experience of third-party and AI security due diligence, including data protection and supplier assurance
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks, security standards, risk registers and audit processes
Strong communication, training and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Core Responsibilities:
Assess cyber risks, control strengths, security exceptions, threat-intelligence findings and attack paths
Review security designs for Technology, departmental and citizen-developed solutions before production use
Triage security incidents and lead threat hunting and investigations into data-protection, information-protection and insider-risk alerts
Design penetration tests and attack simulations, assess findings and drive remediation of material weaknesses
Review the effectiveness of endpoint, encryption, identity, conditional-access, mobile-device and web/email security controls
Perform security due diligence on third parties and AI providers, including data-use, model-training and data-residency controls
Produce the Cyber RCSA and undertake cyber-insurance, internal-audit and external-audit casework
Conduct regulatory and standards gap analyses and communicate relevant requirements across the firm
Design access-review processes, security management information and assurance reporting
Design and deliver phishing simulations, bespoke security training and targeted awareness activity
Lead monthly technical reviews with the SOC and challenge service quality and control effectiveness
Advise Technology and business teams on security risks and escalate material issues to the Head of Enterprise Security

This role coordinates the governance and administration that keeps our client's security controls operating effectively.
As the firm moves towards embedding efficiencies and AI tools, this role will play a key part in maintaining registers, records and procedures, administering testing and assurance processes, tracking remediation and security debt.
You'll also represent the security function on key governance forums and Working Groups
Skills/Experience:
Qualifications related to Enterprise Security are desirable
Experience maintaining control registers, procedures, evidence and audit trails
Ability to coordinate penetration testing, security exceptions, audits and remediation activity
Good understanding of cyber security, infrastructure and risk-management concepts
Experience producing management information, key risk indicators and clear progress reporting
Working knowledge of AI governance, application approval and technology change controls
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow issues through to closure
Good supplier, stakeholder and service-management skills
Relevant technology, security or risk-management certification is desirable
Core Responsibilities:
Maintain AI application, agent and solution registers, including ownership, guardrails, approvals and periodic re-attestations
Administer AI application-approval processes and track material changes to models, features and supporting platforms
Track ongoing peer review of AI-generated code and maintain evidence required by the AI governance process
Administer penetration tests, red-team exercises and security exceptions, ensuring findings and actions are recorded and tracked
Coordinate internal and external audits and track regulatory and standards remediation to completion
Maintain security procedures and map control frameworks to relevant standards and requirements
Coordinate security-debt remediation and provide clear reporting on backlog, ownership and progress
Produce security management information and complete scheduled key-risk-indicator reporting
Triage non-incident security requests and coordinate follow-up with the Help Desk and relevant Technology teams
Coordinate access reviews and maintain the evidence required to demonstrate completion
Monitor emerging regulatory and standards developments and flag potential impacts for assessment
Coordinate supplier security meetings and track agreed actions and remediation
Publish internal threat-intelligence and security-awareness communications

The Role

What We're Looking For
Medical registration with AHPRA or eligibility for registration
Specialist registration in Psychiatry or appropriate progress towards specialist qualification
Experience working with adolescents and young people in a mental health setting
Experience or strong interest in eating disorders and complex adolescent psychiatry
Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to family-inclusive, recovery-oriented and patient-centred care
Strong interest in professional development and service improvement

The Role
You will provide specialist psychiatric clinical care across inpatient, community and mental health emergency settings, taking overall responsibility for the care and management of patients.
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will contribute to high-quality, patient-centred mental health services while supporting education, research and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment
Providing inpatient and outpatient psychiatric consultations
Managing patients across acute, inpatient and community settings
Participating in multidisciplinary clinics, meetings and case reviews
Providing clinical leadership and specialist advice to the broader healthcare team
Supervising and teaching registrars, junior doctors and medical students
Supporting education and development of multidisciplinary team members
Participating in or leading research activities
Contributing to quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
Supporting improved patient safety, clinical outcomes and service delivery
What We're Looking For
Fellowship of the RANZCP or equivalent specialist qualification
Eligibility for Specialist Registration in Psychiatry with the Medical Board of Australia
Demonstrated experience providing specialist psychiatric care across acute, inpatient and community settings
Strong clinical assessment and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Strong leadership and collaborative skills
Commitment to teaching, supervision and professional development
Interest in research, quality improvement and clinical governance
Patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality mental health care
