Act as the primary interface between the business, end users and third-party technology partners
Coordinate day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth delivery of infrastructure, support and platform services
Manage and develop supplier relationships, driving a collaborative, partnership-led approach to problem solving
Take ownership of IT incidents and service issues, coordinating resolution across multiple stakeholders
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable briefs for external providers
Challenge and validate supplier solutions, ensuring quality, suitability and value
Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs, proactively identifying risks and improvements
Identify, document and maintain a clear view of technology and operational risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation and treatment plans are in place
Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage and reduce risk exposure across infrastructure, security and service delivery
Ensure appropriate escalation of technical, operational or security-related risks and issues
Support onboarding of new technologies, partners and services as the business evolves
Contribute to the ongoing development of the technology roadmap alongside senior leadership
Provide hands-on support across device management, first-line staff queries and troubleshooting, alongside domain administration, supplier liaison and user training
Skills & Experience
Strong background in IT infrastructure or end-user technology, ideally progressed from hands-on technical roles (e.g.
support, desktop, infrastructure engineering)
Proven experience managing third-party IT vendors and delivering outcomes through a partnership model
Experience identifying and managing IT or operational risks, including documentation and mitigation planning
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers without defaulting to “hands-on fixing”
Good understanding of cloud environments, Microsoft technologies and modern infrastructure landscapes
Awareness of cyber security principles and when to appropriately engage specialist providers
Experience operating in environments where IT services are largely outsourced or partner-delivered
Excellent relationship management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions-focused
Highly self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
Strong communication skills to effectively support both internal teams and external partners

Essential Duties
• Respond Answer product, order, and service-related questions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions.
• Manage incoming calls, shared among the team.

• Communicate with customers through various channels.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Specialist II
This position is required to have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following:
• Entering, confirming and releasing sales orders in the ERP system
• Logging into designated freight program to provide freight estimates to customers
• Answering and transferring calls
• Logging in and responding timely to customers on Live Chat
• Basic MS Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of EDI and MS Power Automate
Operations Support Specialist II perform broader range of duties, proven skillset to fully perform Operations Support Specialist responsibilities, more technically complex tasks, expected to set an example of professional efficiency, and provide technical direction to less experienced staff.
The Operations Support Specialist II receives minimal instruction or assistance and is fully aware of the operating procedures and policies associated with the department.
Hiring Range
$22.00 - $25.25 per hour

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking an engineering to support engineering projects at our test wall and fire lab in the Beachwood, OH area.
We need a dependable and resourceful engineer to assist with miscellaneous projects in support of revamping the test wall and commissioning the fire lab for FY27..
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with project management of the fire lab
Work through commissioning our test wall.
Assist with the relocation of the test wall to the fire lab location
Assist with the R-value chamber commissioning.
Document and communicate results to team leaders and managers.
Adhere to pre-determined testing timeframes.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Rising sophomore or junior attending advanced studies in chemical or mechanical engineering or a related field at a credited university or college.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Some project experience preferred, but willing to train.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Dependable
Willing to learn
Inquisitive
Microsoft Office Suite.
Statistical software, such as JMP, would be a plus but not necessary.
WORK LOCATION:
The intern will work onsite at multiple facilities in the Beachwood/Cleveland, OH area.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, balance, talk, hear, and lift up to 25 lbs.
