We're looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to play a key role in keeping a busy site running safely, efficiently, and smoothly.

The Role
You'll take day-to-day responsibility for facilities management across the site, ensuring buildings, plant, equipment, and services are well maintained and compliant.
Acting as a key holder, you'll manage both planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and support wider site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of all site facilities and maintenance activities
- Coordinating internal maintenance teams and external contractors
- Managing security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and guarding services
- Overseeing utilities, waste management, and site services
- Planning and managing statutory inspections and compliance testing (LOLER, PAT, Legionella, Fire, LEV, etc.)
- Maintaining buildings, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems
- Managing breakdowns and recovery to minimise downtime of critical assets
- Preparing CAPEX proposals and controlling facilities budgets
- Maintaining accurate records and critical asset logs
- Supporting Health & Safety compliance and contractor controls
- Contributing to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits
- Working closely with managers across the site to ensure facilities support business needs
What We're Looking For
- Proven facilities or maintenance experience within an industrial and office environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety best practice (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable)
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
- Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Experience managing contractors and negotiating service contracts
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to support out-of-hours requirements when needed

Essential Functions
Advise HR and management on employment law issues, including hiring, performance management, terminations, wage and hour compliance, accommodations, and employee relations.

Minimum Requirements
J.D.
from an ABA accredited law school.
Admission to, and good standing with, at least one US state bar (or DC).
5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on employment law; in-house experience preferred.
Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA).
Excellent judgment, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across departments.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in a corporate legal department or advising corporate clients.
Familiarity with international employment law.
Experience managing or advising on workplace investigations and compliance programs.
Ability to change gear quickly and provide service to a wide range of different needs, business models, and personality types.
Purposeful, results-focused, with well-developed prioritization skills.
Some travel (domestic and international) is required.
Physical Requirements

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $105,000 and $115,000.

The Process Engineer provides engineering support to the assigned program and/or area to ensure the product is processed in accordance with customer and division quality requirements while maintaining production flow.
Charged with developing and maintaining systems to assure that all products manufactured by the plant meet customer specifications and achieve superior and reliability levels.

Responsible for investigating and implementing new process technology at the plant.
The Process Engineer is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing the plant.
This position is responsible for influencing the development of preventative maintenance programs at the facility and will have a significant role in capital improvement plans while assisting in work area design, plant layout, visual control and metric implementation, material flow, process tracking, and communication.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Engineer's role is viewed as an extension of management.
Responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.
The Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety
Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the shift supervisors.

Execute on scheduled PHA's and JSA's.

Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to Improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Product Quality
Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Member of the facility QIC.
Ensure identification of root cause and subsequent prevention of future customer complaints.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Capable of equipment troubleshooting and process design.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university.
B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Controls Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Controls Engineering from an ABET Accredited university.
Relevant experience from internship is acceptable for experience.
