Vice President, Environment, Health and Safety - RPM Consumer Group
The role of Vice President, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) is a strategic executive leader responsible for the protection of employees, the environment, and the organization's reputation across all manufacturing sites and distribution networks.
The role focuses heavily on process safety, hazardous materials management, and regulatory compliance excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term EHS and sustainability strategies and roadmaps that align with business growth and corporate values.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure total compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards, with specialized focus on Process Safety Management (PSM), RCRA, and the Clean Air Act.
Risk Mitigation: Oversee comprehensive risk assessment programs, including Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and environmental impact assessments specifically for chemical manufacturing.
Incident Management: Direct rigorous incident investigations and root cause analyses to implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
Operational Integration: Partner with R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into new product introductions and capital projects.
Sustainability & ESG: Lead initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint, manage waste responsibly, and meet corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (required) in Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health/Safety, Environmental Science, or Chemistry.
Master's Degree (preferred) in EHS Management or MBA.
15 years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 7-10 years in senior, multi-site leadership.
Direct experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or petrochemicals preferred.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is highly preferred.
LEADERSHIP TRAITS:

The ability to maximize team member skill sets of a high performing work team is a must.
Executive Presence: Ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory data and KPIs clearly to the executive teams.

This role primarily office-based, with typical physical and environmental expectations for professional roles.
Salary Range Target: $185,000 - $220,000, bonus eligible

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs.
Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using meters, schematics, and other test equipment
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area
Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts

Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
Strong mechanical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair of pumps, gearboxes, motors, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and belts
Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Skilled in welding, fabrication, and use of cutting equipment
Basic computer skills, including the use of email and maintenance
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or training is a plus
Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional overtime based on production and maintenance needs.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements:
The ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods.
Regular activities include standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, reaching with arms, speaking, and hearing.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.

The Plasterer is responsible for applying base and finished-grade coatings to EIFS, Federlite panels, and pre-base-coated shapes for use on job sites.
This role will also effectively cover meshing, cutting, sanding, hand coating with a trowel, and all other fabrication duties within the Panel operations business.
Depending on experience, the Plaster may also create quality work instructions and internal training programs for the production and assembly of in-plant continuous insulation panels.
Provide guidance and feedback in technical discussions, fabrication planning, and equipment specifications in support of planned production targets and facility goals.
Act as the subject matter expert for basecoat and finish applications in the creation of finished EIFS panels/products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Spray or roll on air/water barriers.
Mix basecoat/adhesive material.
Apply fiberglass mesh.
Follow the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mix base coats and finish with an electric drill and paddle.
Work as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Use a trowel and comparable tools to apply base and finish coats.
Complete final sanding and touch-up of parts.
Assist with monthly inventory counts.
Oversee finish coat applications; apply final decorative finish coat (stucco or synthetic) to the panels using trowels, brushes, spray equipment, or comparable tools.
Achieve and ensure a consistent, uniform texture and color finish across all panels to meet architectural or manufacturer specifications.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure the plaster/finish mix is the correct consistency, check for imperfections, and follow guidelines for curing times.
Other related tasks may include:
Trimming parts with cutting equipment.
Sanding and touching up parts that do not meet quality standards
Assist in the preparation and organization of shipping manufactured panels, which may include: Building and inspecting custom crates based on project specifications.
Follow all safety requirements, including but not limited to maintaining a clean work environment, wearing appropriate protective gear, and following OSHA guidelines, especially when using power tools or spray equipment.
Provide guidance and training to the production assembly team, including the preparation and maintenance of standard work documents.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and planning; implement lean practices.
