As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
Ensure the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered to residents by understanding their individual needs, preferences, and interests
Lead and manage your team effectively by offering clear guidance, continuous supervision, and support.
This includes recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce
Work collaboratively with your Area Manager to meet business goals and maintain compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support continuous improvement in service quality and care delivery
Maintain full commercial oversight of the home, working alongside the Customer Relations Team to sustain optimal occupancy levels through innovative marketing strategies and efficient cost management related to fees and staffing
Utilise internal systems to submit regular management reports, covering key performance areas such as occupancy, fee structures, budget adherence, and staffing levels
Collaborate with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold exceptional standards throughout the home, including food quality and presentation, housekeeping, building maintenance, and the care of residents' personal belongings and clothing
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care/Nursing Home Manager with CQC
Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care
Have a proven track record in management and delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting and financial management planning
Proven experience of managing a care team, encouraging, leading and motivating others
Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and care inspectorate
Passionate, driven, confident and resilient Leader
Have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.

Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.

The primary result expected from the Quality Manager will be to formulate quality control policies and control quality of laboratory and production efforts by planning, directing, and coordinating quality assurance programs.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles. Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors, or laboratory workers engaged in testing activities. Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff. Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors. Confer with marketing and sales departments to define client requirements and expectations. Create and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures. Direct the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data. Document testing procedures, methodologies, or criteria. Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points.

Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person. Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality. Learn all manual tasks performed within the department. Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures. Required Experience:
BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management. 5-7 years of management experience in manufacturing/chemical processing environment. Ability to supervise/manage diverse group of associates and managers. Significant experience with quality programs. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proven abilities to successfully drive continuous improvement, manage multiple priorities, and multitask. Ability to work well with other peer groups. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
