BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MSc Applied Behaviour Analysis, MA or MSc in Autism Studies, PBS Graduate Diploma, PBS BTEC Level 5 (advanced professional Diploma)

As the Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner your key duties include:
Conduct behavioural assessments, including functional analyses, and provide interpretations of the results
Formulate and implement behavioural interventions.
To effectively develop and implement appropriate assessment and intervention methods
Support MDTs to produce PBS plans in accordance with good practice guidance in this area
Exercise autonomous professional responsibility for the assessment and intervention with clients working alongside other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team
Maintain good working relationships with members of the multi-disciplinary teams and ensure effective communication through good verbal communication skills and the production of professional reports
Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings concerned with the delivery of patient care as required
To maintain appropriate links with professional colleagues in the service and other relevant settings
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Be qualified or willing and able to work towards Instructor Level of PROACT SCIP ®-UK
Understand legal frameworks relevant to the role, e.g.
Mental Capacity Act (2005), DOLS
Demonstrate the ability to complete behaviour assessment tools and write reports relating to behaviour to a high standard
The successful Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.

Field Service Engineer Salary: Starting from £35,000 (DOE)

If youre a practical Field Service Engineer with a solid electrical or electronic background, this role gives you the chance to support specialist military training systems across key UK sites.
Youll work hands-on with the equipment, keep it running safely, and be the person instructors rely on when training is underway.
What the Field Service Engineer will be doing
- Providing day-to-day technical support for gunnery training systems at Tidworth and Lulworth.
- Assisting instructors and users during training sessions and ensuring the kit is operating safely.
- Travelling to additional UK sites for scheduled maintenance, call-outs, and system checks.
- Completing clear and accurate maintenance reports, service logs, and associated paperwork.
- Working safely, following established procedures, and keeping a tidy approach to the job.
What youll need as a Field Service Engineer
- A recognised electrical/electronic qualification or evidence of being a suitably qualified and experienced engineer.
- Strong electro-mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Confident with Word, Excel, and producing straightforward technical reports.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance (essential).
- Ex-military experience such as Gunner Mechanic, Electrical Mechanic or REME Gun Fitter is useful but not essential.
