The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).

THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a UK firm of PQS.
At Graduate or Assistant level you will ideally have a year or more experience of working for a UK firm of PQS doing both pre and post contract duties.
You will need to have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or similar and be keen to work towards becoming chartered with the RICS.
An interest in doing the Employer's Agent role is required including contract administration.
You should first class communication skills, both written and spoken.
You will need to be a car owner and driver as some of the projects are not near to public transport.
You should have a stable work record.
You must have excellent English both written and spoken along with good IT skills and have good client facing skills.
Salary is in the region of £28000 to £50000 (depending on your level) plus car allowance, pension contribution plus RICS fees and two discretionary bonus' per annum.
